Give back the desktop online banking and not forcing us to use an app based site online. This is difficult to see and I'm not clicking on every transaction to view who took my money, show it all like it was and what about checking loan balance, I don't see that anymore neither, did you close it as no blance was used? Why weren't we notified of all these changes? I'm also not having fun trying to login into my account as it is a shared account and only one phone number can be notified, that doesn't work so well when we are not together. Yes, I can check the don't ask for code, but when cache are cleared then oops, we have the same problem. We have a username and password for a reason and security questions as an extra step for security, but now a code too that only goes to one number this is not useful at all. What about letting us use an email address so both partys have access to their account. Not happy what so ever.
