It’s a big new DG but the staffing is a complete mess. Usually only one worker at a time and they’re not knowledgeable, and are rude. I was told to come back later because one lady was stocking and didn’t want to stop to inflate a birthday balloon.

You walk in and there's a sense that inside is a dying animal. I gave it some time because it's a new store, but somethings rotten.

I’m being generous and giving it two stars. There is a better dollar store (Family Dollar) not much farther away.PRO:- great variety of products both food and non-food.- Well stocked.- Occasionally get speedy service when the self checkout is working.CON:- prices are not true dollar store prices, they are only a dollar or a few cents less than grocery store prices.- Aisles are narrow and make it hard to maneuver around fellow customers.- There is almost always cash register problems. Today a line formed because the cashier had to reboot 1 of the 3 registers. 1 was broken. And she had to move back to the register she rebooted because the third one wasn’t working.- The past three visits I’ve encountered a staff member who was only on day 4 of the job with what appeared to be no supervisor or fellow employee to help them. Once an employee had to take something off a customers transaction and didn’t know how to do it because he didn’t know the codes and the only other person there was another new employee.- Sometimes it was impossible to get service because there was only one person working and they were doing something else.- Rarely anybody greets you.

The blonde middle aged women as well as some other workers, do not have respect for there customers. My 11 year old brother went in to the store by himself and when he came back out he was very upset with the way this women had spoken to him. Her tone of voice and attitude towards customers is a issue a lot of people can speak on. The home decor is very cute though.

The blone hair middle aged woman who works their is a rude person who does not care for her customers what so ever. She stared us down one time, thinking we made a mess but no. Her store was a mess and she blamed it on us. Total b word.

This is the WORST Dollar General I have ever been to. The people who work there are beyond rude. No one greets you when you walk in and if you ask for assistance at the non-self checkout they treat you as an inconvenience. Although I suppose I don't have to worry about that anymore because you can no longer use that checkout unless you are paying with cash. So that leaves ONE checkout counter that has no space and is always cluttered with trash and junk. Another issue is you can barely navigate through the isles because there is always carts or boxes blocking the way. I'm certain if OSHA walked in they would have a field day. I want to like the store. I've tried giving the benefit of the doubt but it's well past being "new" and the employees there are not worth the frustration. If Dollar General cares about representation of their brand they should fire everyone and try again.

Went in couple minutes before closing to quickly grab some drinks before heading home and was stopped by a couple employees who were standing around at the registers talking waiting to close only to tell me they are closing when I was walking by giving me the impression that I wasn't allowed to shop because I walked in a few minutes before posted closing hours. Not really closed if your doors are opened within operating hours being a couple minutes or not the customer is allowed to shop within those hours otherwise change your closing procedures by maybe locking the doors when your actually closed and no longer accepting busniess for the day. Why open up a busniess if you aren't gonna do busniess? What a waste of lot space in my opinion that could've been put towards a busniess that actually wants to do busniess and operate correctly that would be more beneficial to this community then a Dollar General.
