Last weekend (Memorial Day weekend, 2025) we attempted to sand the hardwood floors in our 120 year old building. We didn't start at Ace Evansville but we ended there. The customer service was excellent with multiple staff members going out of their way to help. After our attempt failed (no fault of Ace or their equipment) the team at Ace offered to help in any other way they could. Compared to the original equipment rental place, Ace Evansville was extrordinary. Thanks Joe and team for your great care on those crazy-busy days.

Always impressed with the customer service here ! Both of the store managers are great ! Nicole helped me find the best deal and took her time. I never felted rushed or pressured to buy anything. Great place !

It was my 1st time in after they remodeled. Looked great! Easy to find everything, and staff was attentive. Highly recommend checking out the store!

Okay store, but don't take your propane tanks here to be refilled because they charge you for a fulfill even if your tank was half full already. Go to dorn in Oregon instead. Also don't buy 2x4s from here because they select them for you and I swear I got the most mangled chunked up boards yesterday. I won't buy wood here anymore. Go to orfordville Ace hardware instead.

Want to give a review to Nicole. I don’t know if she a manager but if she’s not she should be. She helped me on three occasions and really helpful. I forgot what we did the first time. The second time she helped me locate traffic cones. Only 1 was in stock so she ordered the other 3 for me and called me when they arrived. The third time I was walking out with paint and she asked if I needed the paint tinted I said no I just needed white. She realized I had the wrong one just by glancing at them and found me the right ones. Kudos to her a great asset to Ace!
