stopped in 8.6.2022 11:11 am I needed a new Sim card as advised by Us cellular. Very nice guy(Ben) was busy , helped me with a new SIM card, and made sure I was on the right network...which I wasn't! He took the time to show me if network switches again, where to go in phone and what to do. I have talked to endless counts of people from US cellular over the phone, over multiple days, and no one could figure it out. Even went to Monroe store, they were out of SIM cards bc many people in my town are experiencing the same issue bc of upgrade to towers. (New SIM card) This guy , (Ben) knows his stuff, he was super knowledgeable. Give this guy a raise! He deserves it!

You know...Hanson electronics has recently been recognized in the Oregon Observer as being a great, award winning business...and they have had our business for as long as I've had a smartphone...so we love them for that. And we've had some stellar service in the past from some of the employees.The one star docked is something I feel I just have to do because while most of the time we've received top notch service... we've been here enough, and spent enough money as a family through the years to get irritated when we get the occasional curt employee who cuts us short.Eh...we got over it...and four stars is still pretty darned good.*Maybe we'll bump it up to five stars if the service next time is friendlier when we ask an easy question such as whether or not they carry any Google 6 Pro cases (as we did yesterday 6/29/22).We can handle the answer "no,"...we'd just appreciate a tiny bit more courtesy and friendliness after waiting for a while behind a customer who clearly knew the only employee in the store.We could tell the worker was capable of being kind and took the time with some of her customers as we observed it in her demeanor with her friend.But my wife and I just didn't receive the same kind treatment the man before us did.I'm trying to say in a polite way that she was short with us and rude. Most experiences here with service have been slow, but good...well worth the wait.This time we just left and bought the case for less than $20 on Amazon.

These guys were so amazingly patient. It took days to sort an issue with a complicated Samsung/USCellular software issue, but as I started to feel like a bother they just stayed fast and worked late to help. They made sure I got the best possible service from them and their corporate office. I hope to never have to deal with the Janesville branch again, these guys rock!Update- Evan and Richard strike again- Due to supply issues in EVERY industry I had gone home with a phone a bit bigger than I preffered. I waited til almost the last possible return day and this duo were a tag team to get me a device and a case I would be more happy with. The store now had a surprisingly nice selection of phones. They were understanding and patient as always. Sized everything to make sure I left with a phone I enjoyed. Much appreciated!

Just changed from Verizon to US Cellular. Lisa was the absolute best. She was super patient and walked us through the process, helped pick out our upgraded phones and get everything set up and transferred. I have never had such a smooth transition in carriers. I can’t say enough about her and will defiantly stick with this store

I recently bought new phones from Hanson Electronics in Oregon Wi, and had Kaden as the salesman. He was incredible! Very helpful, polite, and went out of his way to answer questions and help program the new phones. He even texted me after hours with info I had requested that he had to gather and get for me later. Most impressed!

Lisa was gem to work with. We had 5 phones to transfer services on, which meant a lot of paperwork. She helped get info before we came in which drastically reduced the time. Highly recommend.
