“Walked in to restock a couple supplements and talked with Rodney the owner. He was able to give me nutritional advice on what supplements would work for what my goals are. I really appreciated the knowledge he has and the vibe in his shop. If I wasn’t from out of town this place would be my “go to”. If you’re looking for a few things or getting into fitness and don’t know what to get then I’d highly recommend stoping in and he’ll get you set up.
