Seen that Wheel way was doing a special in Rice Lake for a short period of time thought we would go check it out. They had a great selection of vehicles. To me the prices were just like any other car dealerships. I knew there may be a chance that we might not get approved as our credit was not perfect and very low. On Friday we left feeling a little discouraged, but then we got called back from them and said they had a different vehicle that might suit us better. We came back and sat down with Dean and ended up getting approved for the 2nd vehicle. But we had to come back on Saturday to finish up paperwork and get the vehicle. I'm loving my new vehicle and really appreciate everyone that helped us there. Thank you guys for helping us out. Customer Service there was great. I even heard some customers say that the town of Rice Lake misses them. Hopefully they can make another home in Rice Lake somewhere! They definitely are better than some of the other car dealerships there.

I bought a 2019 Silverado. Turned out to have some transmission issues. They didn't mess around, ordered a NEW trans, (not rebuilt) and had it in in one day! I would definitely buy here again. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
