Tbh website of this place is a joke. More than half the stuff in store you can't find on the website. No pricing at all in store either. All they do is stand around in there and never label anything. Go online and want to see if they have certain items in stock. You can't cause it's not on there. Worst inventory I ever seen in my life

Snake oil I’ve spent a lot of money on a few items, none of which did anything when you tell them they are more than happy to recommend another more expensive product that won’t work either. Has anyone used anything that helped?The only positive reviews I see are about shipping

Stopped in to get relief for arthritis. I was recommended several products. 2 products that was suggested were cbd gummy bears and cbd oil. I let the sales rep know that I had a class a cdl license and was subject to drug screens. The rep took the gummy bears away but said the cbd oil would be OK. This past week I failed a cdl drug test and my license has been suspended. It is important for your staff to know any cdl license holder will fail a drug screen when they use cbd products. That is 100% pf the time.

I went into the Junction Street location today. I walked in & no one was around. Walked around looking at supplements for 10 minutes & someone finally came out. They NEVER even acknowledged me! After another 10 minutes I asked the dark haired employee a question. He could hardly answer me. Never offered any assistance. Then finally just walked out & am NEVER going back to any of their stores. No wonder they are closing shops! Just terrible service!

**Update - Tim, the owner, reached out to me to discuss. He was understanding and appreciative of my situation once I was able to give him more detail into what happened on this particular transaction. He genuinely cares for and about individuals in the community and their health and well-being. I will continue using the Healthy Place as a trusted resource when it comes to my own health and well-being as this was one negative experience in many years of positive interactions.**Very disappointed in *this* transaction. I have been a customer a LONG time and I have always been loyal to Tim and the "Apple Wellness" store and staff. I have purchased many items, some to try to alleviate symptoms, and I've stuck with month over month. I have set up subscriptions for monthly product delivery and often seek advice from team members - which I've always appreciated. When I tried to do a return of products I was given a major hassle (and "education") on the policy even though there were extenuating circumstances which Andrew from the Fitchburg store could have cared less about and made that clear to me. I know there needs to be policies & generally I would have no issue - in this particular case I was advised by a physician to stop taking a supplement (which I had purchased several months of in the Summer when it was on sale so it would last me through the Fall). I had just opened the last bottle when I was told to stop taking it (for now). He fought with me about the return (for credit) because it was over the 30 day time frame (even though I bought 5 months' worth to get me to this point) so the current bottle I wanted credit for was only a week old AND it was by advice of a practitioner to stop taking it. I've never researched other supplement retail stores because I've never felt the need to do so; I hate to have to start now but this encounter soured my thoughts on a lot of great transactions.

I purchase CBD capsules for my autistic brother that seem to help him a lot. Medicaid well not cover CBD, I pay for it myself. Very happy with the product and the knowledgeable staff. The customer service when it comes to anything else has issues. Because my brother lives in a home where he had staff that care for him, I set up auto ship for every 2 months to be sure my brother would be able to continue his progress with CBD and I wouldn't have to worry about him running out. His staff was sent the correct 2 month supply on 8/25/21, but then it was sent again 9/2/21 and 9/8/21. To almost $300 all on one month. I can't afford that extra expense. I called when I realized this was happening, before the 3rd order was sent. I was told it would be cancelled. It wasn't. Today I called again to see if they would rectify the situation. I explained how the CBD isn't mailed to me but my brothers staffing agency. That was I big reason I did not know this was happening since I want getting the product at my home. They asked if could give me a call back. I had hopes that they would step up and do the right thing, unfortunately that did not happen. I was asked what I wanted "the CBD doesn't expire until 2023" really???? I explained why that wasn't a good idea. No offer to refund at least 1 of the 3??? I will be disputing the transactions now. I tried to do the right thing and call.

Came in for some hydrolyzed collagen, amino acids and a daily multivitamin. Olivia mentioned she was fairly new but was very helpful in answering my questions and getting me the products I needed. The price comparison to stores like Vitamin Shoppe or GNC, The Healthy Place seems to be more reasonably priced. I'm Always impressed with (the owner) Tim's ability to hire knowledgeable and courteous employees. Been coming here for 5+ years and I'll definitely be a lifetime customer. 5 stars all day!

Amazing place, Amazing Staff, we will continue to frequent The Heathy Place-Apple Wellness! My mom and I went today with a specific diagnosis she had received. We were looking for alternate healthy choices to heal, rather than the pill the doctor prescribed to just cover the pain. Billy took the time to understand what my mom needed and explained in great detail what he would recommend as a starting point in her journey to heal. Billy set my mom up with a daily regimen and even took the time to write out how often she should take the vitamins and supplements. Billy was a perfect match in helping guide my mom to improving her health naturally. Thank you Billy for all you knowledge and most of all for listening and caring!

I had a really good online shopping and delivery service experience with The Healthy Place. The website was simple and easy-to-use, as was the online purchase, and it was easy to find what I needed. BONUS - My purchases were delivered the same day FREE! My in-store experience at the Fitchburg location has always been superior, too. The people who've helped me were knowledgeable, kind, and seemed to genuinely like working there and helping other people. The store has a small footprint, so it's easy to navigate and get in and out, plus parking is easy and accessible. Prices are competitive, and if not, you can take advantage of the 20-30% off specials that are emailed several times a year.
