I called this place and the guy told me to bring my car there to get quote. I need motor mounts done but I drive a 2004 Buick Regal so the bad mounts are right on the top of the engine. I took my car and dropped it off, not an hour later he called me and tells me it’s the top mounts and that it would cost me $685 to fix. I told him I would be back in a few hours to get my car. I took it to Chet’s and that mechanic told me I could do it myself or have somebody I know do it to save me money and it would only take about 30 minutes to fix.

I am a professional transporter, and put a lot of miles on my vehicle. My brakes went out yesterday, I limped to Madison and boy am I glad I did! Joe was able to fit my truck in at 1 pm, and by 4 pm he had fixed it, test driven it, and I was on my way. Extremely fair price, and he was recommended by another nearby shop who could not fit me in that day. I think I’ve found my new mechanic for when I’m on the road in that area!

There's nothing good about this place. Charged me $500 to tell me I need new brakes. $500 more to fix them.

Joe is amazing! I needed my wheels replaced back in May and even though it was last minute he took my car in and got the tires on right away. Then in December I noticed my car giving a light tug when braking I thought of Joe right away. He looked into that day for me and let me know that it was a caliper going bad. He had to dig to see if he could get the right calipers because it was for an Audi and was able to order them in for me. I am so thankful for this place and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Joe.

I haven't been there yet. But they were great with talking with them over the phone. I will update this after my car gets serviced in a couple weeks. But so far so good for now.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic and I will never recommend this place to ANYONE I know. This guy charged me to tell me nothing was wrong with my car, just to send me home with my car to break down with the same issue less than an hour later. Brought it back to be told he’d contact me the following day, for him not to contact me in over a week. I reached out 7 days after he said he’d contact me about my car for him to give me an extreme attitude and saying he doesn’t know why I keep bringing my car to him, the tow truck guy was able to start it back up with a battery pack, and to just keep a battery pack in my car but there’s nothing wrong with it. So why keep a battery pack in my car??
Needless to say I brought my car to the next mechanic who knows more of what they’re talking about and will not have you sitting here looking stupid for weeks on end with no solution.
UPDATE:! I TOOK IT TO ANOTHER MECHANIC AND HAD THE ISSUE FIXED IN LESS THAN 4 HOURS. :) DO NOT COME HERE!!

Joe was so lovely when my brake calipers started failing. I had to go out of town so brought the car in last minute on a Tuesday. Joe was able to look at it the next day (a day early) and explain to me the issue. He was also very patient when I had my roommate come collect the car on my behalf since I was out of town. Very fair price, excellent service. Will be back!

Joe is always friendly and does great work on our cars at an honest price. He will always call before moving forward on any repairs beyond what the car was originally in for and is ready to talk through what he found and provide pricing.

My parents were in town visiting and their car broke down as they were leaving. Archer was able to take a look at their car and get the broken water pump replaced the same day.
