Honestly very horrible store, the treatment of the people there was bad and I was uncomfortable with this, must ATT& appoint people who have are qualified to deal with customers well, today they charge me 220$ it’s be 55$ for each box and the raisons I opened the Apple Watch box and I don’t verified the number of the watch, the person there he gave me the wrong watch and I think he did it intentionally, when I open the box and I come back to the store I told him you give me a wrong watch he don’t give me a right answer and he say we charge you 55$ for the 4 watch’s , I don’t trust him, I call the customer service and I explain them the situation they told me that you will not pay anything for the returns, but those who were there forced this on me, and I could not do something it’s be a scam to make money” very bad experience and really not helpful I want to stop my services with this company.

Went in to switch to AT&T and get the new iPhone. Sales rep convinced me that adding an Apple Watch would be “cheaper” then buying just the phone. They were unable to port my old phone number after orginally saying they could. Went to another AT&T location the next day and they informed me I was paying full price for my new phone and full price for an Apple Watch I didn’t even want. Ended up having to return everything and choose another carrier. Do better.

Can you hear me?WOW - the entire team (Julio, Sean and Mgr. Erubiel) rolls out the red carpet for service at this location. Last weekend, I had issues with my phone and Julio helped me select a new phone that identified with me. The service was impeccable and genuine. They work as a team and also provide customers with personalized support ?! Julio, Sean and Erubiel thank you for providing an over-the-top experience for all of the customers who visit this AT&T location!!!

The two people who were working that day were amazing. I can't remember the names. But they were so friendly. One guy was training but still very professional. I was able to contact my dad and have them discuss with him about and concerns with the upgrade and they did above and beyond what I could ask for. I will be coming to this location from now on.

Genuinely kindest staff I’ve ever gotten to meet. That kind of experience where you walk in and they make you feel warm inside. It’s a pleasure to see a store full of smiles and very sweet young men working daily

Francisco Sean and Erubiel are making this store great. The level of customer service they provide is second to none, and I go out of my way to go to this specific store just for the service. I've been burned at several different stores before and can attest this store is what a phone store should aspire to be. If you're looking for representatives who truly care and want you to have the best rates possible, this is the store. They always make sure to talk to everyone no matter how busy the store is. Even if it's packed they do their best to make everyone feel comfortable. They bring out waters, and sometimes even some snacks! Overall a great experience and if you've ever had a bad experience with ATT and want the bad taste out of the way, This is the store to reimagine your expectations when it comes to ATT.

Store wanted me to pay for the phone the next day. After having to drive from another store that didn't have the phone. We are talking about the cheapest phone option and they didn't have it. After arguing that I just wanted to buy a phone and be done they finally allowed me to pay the tax then the phone separately. Complete insanity.

Sean at AT&T in Fitchburg is GENIUS! We walked in with several concerns, and he worked with us to fix every single issue, and made sure that we not only saved money, but were extremely happy customers! We will come back to this location for everything we need! Thank you so much ~ Sue & John Barry

The sales representative was amazing. He took the time to genuinely listen and helped me navigate the purchase of a new phone with ease. In this day and age, it was really refreshing to have been served with this level of wonderful service. I wish that as an organization,you could offer this type of customer service uniformly.

Great customer service! I was helped by Juan right away and was given sufficient information regarding some questions I had about my account. Juan was very accommodating and took his time when dealing with my concerns. I was fully satisfied with my experience at this location.

Everyone I've interacted with at the store has been really friendly and seemingly helpful, but I want to add a word of caution- you should be really vigilant about getting scammed.I came in to add an additional line to my plan. Devin assisted me. After a lot of back and forth, he convinced me that adding two additional lines with the teacher discount would cost less overall than just adding one additional line. Devin also added the Next Up and Protect Advantage add-ons to each line without informing me.My monthly bill doubled. When I called into customer service about this, the agent became really upset and explained that the sales associates in the store do this frequently. He fields calls from customers all the time in similar situations and was very frustrated that I'd experienced it as well. I was able to remove the add-ons easily, but I ended up having to pay a bunch of money to get the extra line cancelled.You can look through other reviews and see that I'm not alone in this experience. It's clear that AT&T trains their sales associates to swindle customers. What's odd is that the agent on the phone told me that the sales associates don't even get extra commission when they add the Next Up and Protect Advantage add-ons, so he's really boggled about why they continue to do this to customers.Bottom line: Don't let them add lines you don't need, no matter how much they try to explain it will save you money. It's a scam, and your bill will increase greatly. Also, double-check that they're not adding add-ons without your consent.

Walked in, no one greeted us. A person was there with another client, which is fine. He looked at us but did not say a Word. We stood there.... and nothing! We were lost and didn't know who what to do (we didn't know how customer service system works here) . FRI May 19TH 6.30PM.I wanted to switch company but I guess this isn't the one.

Not bashing AT&T just this particular store. Juan messed up a port majorly and the phone does not have service. We were transferring from US Cellular. This is not good, considering i have read that At&t is better overall. This is not looking good so far. Maybe shouldn't help more than one customer at a time or more attention to detail. I get mistakes happen, we are all human. However, i spent so much time on the phone last night about 2.5 hours trying to fix this screw up and nothing got fixed. As i am writing this i am on the phone now with AT&T to get this astronomical error fixed. This store may not be the best store to go to.

Spanish speaker employee keeps messing up my friends account not telling them what’s on the account and adding stuff. Bill up to $800. This is ruining AT&T brand and for corporate stores actually doing their job. You guys are making authorized users worst than they already are. Stop slamming and adding stuff without their consent. Do better and have work integrity.
