Friendly service when you buy stuff inside. A good gas that does not smell bad. A location in the middle of residential and shopping area. But it can be difficult to get out of the parking lot because of its location. They offer a green tire air pump service.

I can NEVER EVER EVER get into make an appointment. Everything is booked up for weeks in advance and I have unused massages piling up. Super frustrating!

I've gone to Massage Envy in Fitchburg for years. Nothing remotely inappropriate has ever happened during a massage (although I typically see a female therapist because the guys tend to use too much pressure). I've been very satisfied and have a great therapist there.
