The woman pharmacist was initially confusing us with picking up a prescription and how even though there are still refills, by uploading a new insurance this would not allow us to pick up current prescription even though it would be covered under new insurance. Paid the old price but the woman pharmacist was talking shit while picking up the prescription which was extremely unprofessional. The pharmacy assistant was nice and helpful

CVS in Fitchburg , Wi.(in Target) pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever used. The Manager is very kind and extremely knowledgeable. The other employees are awesome too. They go above and beyond with their service. They are a very busy outlet but you never have an unreasonable wait time. There are other pharmacies closer to where I live, but this CVS puts all the others to shame.

I recently starting going to this location, and so far I've been satisfied. They're helpful, polite and on top of it. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but I just plan ahead.

Nice and spacious, but I don't like to use the self checkouts and that seems to be the norm. Had to wait for a cashier which is okay for me. Great deals and the coupons keep me coming back.

Got a prescription for nicotine patches.Put them on and they don't stick.Called pharmacy and they told me they are aware of it.And they can't do anything about and I should call the manufacture.So CVS knowingly sells defective product and doesn't contact the manufacturer themselves then tells me too.

Better than local Walgreens which dispenses the wrong medications as this CVS usually dispense the right ones, but that's about it. Rude staff, inefficient; wait in line 10 minutes only to be told they'll no longer help you because it's now their lunch break... Had they efficiently assisted the prior customer, they'd have had more than enough time. Have seen this happen more than once here, with snotty comments from the techs that "I don't get paid now so too bad." Absolutely empathize with that poor policy, but if they were more efficient at their job in the first place (perhaps noting when patients are present rather than chatting amongst themselves for 5+ minutes before acknowledging a line), it wouldn't be an issue. ? Will update if and when we ever have a not-rude experience here.Update: five visits with this experience. They also continue to bill the wrong insurance despite explicit instructions and our not consenting to use of that insurance... Inappropriate at best.
