(Edit: Updating from 1 to 3 stars. After posting this review I was contacted by the facilities asset manager and was provided with a reasonable solution.)Everything was great until I started attempting to cancel my services as I no longer need a storage locker. I have been in contact with them several times and my services have yet to be cancelled and I still have not seen the refund that I am owed.Oh and for transparency, when you sign up with this storage facility, they do offer you a discount if you review them. So take all these positive reviews with a grain of salt, I should have.

Discovery storage facility may be good, but the Fitchburg facility has the worst customer service and is rarely available during open hours. They keep increasing rent ant add extra charges! Buyer beware!

I went to visit the Sun Prairie location within a week after they opened. Was very impressed by the facility and Keli gave me a great tour and was very informative! She was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I will be renting a unit from them as it was the cleanest, the securest, and the rent/key can be accessed from your phone. Great place!

Clean, convenient, and safe! Would def recommend! Who knew a storage facility could be pleasant to be in. The onsite team is incredibly supportive as well. Easy mobile app gives you keyless entry.
