The people at the pharmacy are so rude, don’t go here. Idk who pissed off the lady at the pharmacy but she was so rude and I do not plan on ever coming back here. The most nervous and uncomfortable medical interaction I think I’ve ever had.

I used to love GHC but their billing practices are now criminal. I pay $200 in premiums for a platinum plan *with them* and they’re still charging me $300 for a one hour physical therapy appointment, instead of a $30 copay for a specialist. So much for improving the healthcare in system in the US - GHC-SCW is just rolling around in the mud with all of the other pigs loving the legally-allowed extortion they’re practicing.

Don’t bother with telehealth appointments. The doctors don’t care and never take their eyes off their computer screens. How can thy measure anything outside of some stupid boxes/algorithms. Hate this

Takes a long time to get appts at GHC - especially optometrists. The integration with MyChart for scheduling is not good as it only allows scheduling a certain amount of time out yet all appts in that window are fully booked.

I switched to GHC-SW insurance January 1,2022. I can't wait for the year to be over to be done with them! In a short statement from my many difficulties to get routine procedures "approved " by them, let me use this example. I went to get my Shingles vaccine/2 shots 2 months apart. I went to my local Walmart; NOPE! Not covered unless I go to my Primary physician office and have a nurse administrator it! I live 45 minutes one way from my primary office. I cannot go to a GHC clinic; it has to be my primary clinic. Same for a FLU shot! Talk about discouraging you from getting the necessary preventative vaccines! My doctors office and I can't believe this stupid policy! DO NOT sign up for GHC Insurance if you can help it!

I've been with this clinic since 2005. Love the building and the layout: check-in desk or kiosk, large open waiting room, plenty of exam rooms, chiropractor room, eye exams, laboratory, pharmacy and imaging areas (mammogram and gyn). The biggest draw back is lack of providers, which has created trouble getting a timely appointment. Once you have an appointment, the wait time in-house is 5 minutes or less. They recently started doing video consults, which is nice for some stuff. Everyone is friendly.

First, Dermatology Dr was just a joy! Really listens and is great to work with.Beyond that, it's a total nightmare. Spent literally Two Months trying (still trying) to get imaging appointments and referral appointments correctly scheduled. Calling to ask for help is a joke! The staff do not care and withhold information on purpose, for example, they were very snarky talking me "oh!'well we said you COULD schedule, not that it would be approved" , absolutely ridiculous. If I could change, I would in a heartbeat. I'm convinced people either get worse, die or go bankrupt because of these issues.

Great place, the medical professionals were always excellent to work there. That said, their phone service could use a bit of work, but is still relatively high quality compared to other doctors offices in the area.
