I don't usually write reviews, but I was quite pleased with my experience yesterday at the Fitchburg location! I went in expecting high prices (where i'm from, the garden center has always been pricey) but that was FAR from the case. I was able to get 2 quality pots for cheap and a beautiful, well grown golden pothos for only 7 bucks. I literally keep looking at it in excitement thinking how did I get this gorgeous plant for so cheap?? I had a question about citrus soil and the girl there was very helpful on that. I will absolutely be back soon! Thanks for the quality goods and experience.

I wish I could share same positive reviews that others have left for this place!!! My experience has been terrible in terms of their customer service. I simply went in to seek an advice about my plants that I bought a year ago - they didn’t flower! One plant died and I knew that since I was a year out from the purchase date, I can’t return it - was well aware of this “policy”. I was greeted with the attitude and reminded over and over again, I won’t get credit. I had enough and had to ask to stop repeating same information. NO REAL advice was given NOR at any point, I was offered to talk with a horticultural expert until I asked for the store manager. I wish I can give them negative marks here. I’ll never set my foot in their garden center going forward. They are NOT great at their basic customer service etiquette. Terrible!

I have heard so much about their products that I was excited to finally have a free moment to check it out. I was so thoroughly disappointed All of their plants were dying, underwatered over watered and just the overall the care made me very sad. I was struggling to find anything that was worth the prices that they were charging

They had a pretty good selection of house plants and the prices were very good. If you need pots for your plants, this is a great place to get them. The air plant prices are the lowest I've seen.

I bought back plants, they incorrectly charged me on 1. I got a refund but wanted a discount or ? for having to come back, they (2 ladies)said they couldn’t only higher ups could. Older lady was helping a man with a refund on peach trees that didn’t make it, he was a long time member (I am not, but go there a lot) he had no trees to show, she was in the process of refunding him with nothing to prove. I had proof and no compensation! Weird service! Still love. Your company but will have to think about whether I want to come back.

My past experiences had been good, but I'm no longer happy with Jung's, at least at the Verona location. I was there on a quiet, slightly rainy Friday night, yet no one was around outside to help. After 20 minutes of trying to find what I wanted, I sought help. The person I asked (who I later found out was a manager) was clearly not happy I interrupted her. She walked me to what she thought I wanted, forced a smile then practically ran away. I soon realized it was not what I wanted, but again no one was anywhere in sight to help. The store associate wasn't able to help and referred me back to the person who originally helped me. Now (two days later) desperate for a different plant that I can't locate at other greenhouse, I decided I'd call Jung's to see if they carry the plant, I called, but the line goes to voice mail. They say they don't take phone calls. I'm done with Jung's. There are plenty of other great options.

Great garden center. I stop by here most times I visit Madison. They seem to always have hard to find specimens as well as the standard nursery items. Helpful staff. Recommend

My in-store experiences at Jung's have been uniformly outstanding. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Yesterday a wonderful woman spent 10 minutes explaining the packages of live ladybugs and mantis eggs, and their benefit in the garden. She was very excited, which made it really interesting. I would give Jung's 5 stars except for one issue. I later tried repeatedly phoning all 3 Madison stores to ask if a product was in stock. In every instance I was immediately routed to a voicemail announcement that they were waiting on in-store customers, followed by a hang up. It happened quickly enough that the phone system was clearly routing calls whether the store was busy or not. Given my previous experiences, it surprised me that Jung's would drop the ball on customer service in this way.

I love their dry root assortment of trees and shrubs. The free trees I got last year survived the winter. I don't bother with the Jung points because they are too hard to use and not available on catalog orders. I stopped ordering out of their catalog because of that.

We frequently go to the one on Northport and they are the best. Mike is great, he knows his stuff and always helps with bare roots and any other plant questions. we love going there.

Such a beautiful store with friendly and knowledgeable staff! The ceramic star globe looks lovely in our flower bed (and will no doubt look even better this summer) and am looking forward to implementing your advice for growing tomatoes!!!
