Don't get me wrong I love kt but boy. I'm not sure why I keep thinking things will get better there. I don't think I've ever had any hot food that has been good from this store. Today I got garlic parm wings and they were absolutely terrible. They were hard as a rock and slightly above room temperature. The box they came in didn't even have a time on it so who knows how long they have been sitting out.

I live laugh love Kwik trip but this one wasn’t it. Jon was the rudest employee I’ve ever had to deal with. Was on his phone behind the counter while helping other customers, two lines had formed and I’m not from the area so I followed the couple infront of me. My turn comes and he refused to help me because it was the proper line, I apologized and said I didn’t know and followed legit the couple he helped before. Note there were people behind me as well. Will just go down the street from now on. If you do have to deal with this location, make sure you encounter Jose and not Jon. Jose is super kind.

I ran out of gas today and called this location and got an exceptional amount of over-the-top help from your manager. I believe her name was Carey. She actually went to the other nearby Quiktrip to get a gas can and drove me up to my car. It was an act of kindness on a day when I really needed it.

Kwik Trip always deserves 5 stars, but today this one made me take a second and write a review. Was having a blah Friday, but Jose definitely made me smile and gave me a little pep in my step after checking out with him. He definitely made my day!

Not my favorite KT. Service is good but the layout of this store is not. It’s small and gets crowded really easily and I’ve noticed this location doesn’t have as many items as some of the other stores

The staff was nice well most of them. The cashier was nice when I asked one of the lady staff where is the lids she gave me attitude. But overall I had a good experience.

Pumps turned off when the store is closed, it seems. Never been to a gas station that does that.

Placing a pick up order I highly not recommend. They didn’t have my order ready when pick up time was. Staff was just standing around. I had to wait additional 10 minutes for the items I ordered. And they forgot items on my order. Please fix this I would hate to take my business elsewhere

Didn't even have closing time listed on the front window. Nobody cares if you open at 5am if you close before midnight (and don't even have a time listed) Pumps closed off even though they are prepay? Oof. Doesn't feel like a Kwik Trip.

Gas pumps are new, but what’s the point with having them equipped with contactless payment functionality when they can’t even be used by customers?
