The specials are great but still pay attention to their prices, as the sticker price doesn't always match your receipt!

They have poor service and issues with coolers and stock. For example we were in there today and they didn't have any bagels in the bakery. Another issue is they frequently don't have sale items advertised in stock. This store could be a gold mine with the right management.

On another occasion we want to thank the manger of the meat department, Tanner. He is personable and has custom cut some steaks for us that were excellent! Thank you!!

Nive local grocery store. Produce usually very fresh with few exceptions. Friendly staff.

Really nice store it’s clean. There’s a little bit of cramming in the wine department over there but other than that they have lots of good offerings and good sales and the checkout was fast. It was all good. We got what we wanted and saved money too.

Horrible prices !!!example calzone $7.99 same product at Aldi $2.13!! I usually spend $145.00 to $170.00 at Pick and Save !! That’s doesn’t even fill the refrigerator!!! I bought same items at Aldi today and more and spent $94.00 dollars and I filled my freezer !!! No reason to shop at Hyvee or Pick and Save anymore , unless your money grows on tress !!! lol

I tried to return two items - one with packaging and one without packaging. The customer service refunded the item with packaging and took the receipt. Later, I found the packaging for the other item, but now without the receipt I can't return it anymore.
Unlike bigger stores like walmart, they cannot look up purchase history based on my debit card, and bigger stores also generally allow returns without original packaging. Picknsave is not very flexible and not cheap either.
