Terrible customer service. The employee working self checkout today wasn’t personally rude to me but he was very rude to multiple customers. One gentleman needed assistance & the employee had no patience with him whatsoever.I’m a loyal Aldi customer, because of their excellent customer service & low prices. But I was in the area today and stopped in for only a few items. I definitely won’t be returning.

Not a safe place to shop, the company allows harassment of customers and if you say anything about they will trespass you and lieThankfully I recorded the discrimination of a deaf man who was ridiculed after leaving the store taunted by the security guard and when asked to stop profiling that they're hard of hearing they're not being loud. And you are the security officer you are escalating this making the problem. You don't go out into the parking lot to greet a customer like you're going to beat them up. So be very cautious take a friend take video anybody who is of minority anybody who is disabled anybody. Use the buddy system.

I stop at this particular pick N Save for one thing and one thing only and that is the floral department as they always have the freshest flowers and they last way longer than other florist around that you pay 100$ for and they last two days I can honestly say when I get my flowers here they always last a week to two weeks. I couldn’t ask for a better experience with the floral dept. The grocery part I can’t really say cause I don’t shop there for my groceries unfortunately.

I really wish Melinda would mind her business. Other checkers know what they are doing. I spend over $300 every time I am in pick n save. Why would I need to steal a juice for $3.59 for my kids. Any checker in their right mind will scan it and ask do you want it in the bag. Just like if I was buying a single water or soda for myself! No I don’t because my 2 kids are hollering for them thank you, So scan them and I’ll give them to the kids thanks. She decided to stop me with receipt in hand and I told her I paid for my juice and proceeded to scold the older women checking us out to make sure she doesn’t skip those items next time. That’s is ridiculous

This is my main grocery because of its location to me. I wish they would fix their carts and also supply baskets. They have not supplied baskets in years or maybe ever, which sucks when you have to use a noisy cart to carry little more than an arm full of groceries. The staff here is very friendly and the store is well stocked.

This is the second time I went to pick and save, deli and the staff is so rude . They act like they don’t want to be there if this is the way they act with only two customers what will happen if they have three. Managers teach them how to be friendly or get rid of them and hire people who wants to be there .

I went to this store at 945 pm. There were no hours of operation anywhere visible. When I got in the building it seemed like they were closing soon, so I was moving quickly and being conscious of the time. I would never ask a store to stay open for me, but I was told 4 times in 8 minutes that they were closing.I got my stuff to the register 5 minutes before they closed and was totally ready to bag everything, but they only had self checkouts open so it took twice as long to do the scanning, bagging, and trying to make sure my groceries stayed on that scale. I had to wait for someone to put in a code bc I had more than ten items. Will never ever go there again. I was moving fast and grabbing essentials and i didn't need 4 employees stop me to tell me they were closing... I got to the register 6 minutes before they closed. There were two other people trying to use the self checkouts as well and were still struggling when I left And because I had to scan and bag my own groceries, I left the store one minute after they closed. Someone else tried to come in and the cashier said, "ughh no, we're closed," in the rudest voice I've ever heard. Now I know the employees have things they must do too before closing down. I worked at a grocery store in college and I would never ever dream of being as rude as the people in that store were. It was kind of amazing but mostly really sad.If you want to go to a Pick n Save, I suggest the one three miles down the road on Park Street. They are very nice and don't harangue you if you come in before they close (unless you try to keep shopping after you close).

We want to thank Tameaka, manager of the deli, and Terry, the store director for their excellent customer service. Tameaka went out of her way to complete our order for chicken and on time! Thank you both

Moved to Madison 5 days ago. Saw and heard PNS was the place to go for groceries. Went to PNS today. Tried to take advantage of the sale prices and the cashier was not helpful. Ended up missing out on the discounts and paying full price EVEN though we asked her how to get the sale prices. When we asked why we didn't get the sales prices, she handed us the receipt and shrugged her shoulders.VERY DISAPPOINTED. We are going to be residents in Madison for 30+ years.Deciding whether to return.

Refuse to shop at any pick and save. Third store that I have found SEVERAL expired items on the shelves. Unfortunately today was a jar of miracle whip I bought and now I am throwing it away as it is over a month expired and I bought it two weeks ago. Save your money. Go else where.

Has drastically gone down hill over the years. No baskets ( for 6+ years), poor selection vs Middleton store. And rap as background music. Don’t go there after dark!

Lack of product ,outdated product. Check out cashiers are basically kind of rude . When you try to be friendly, Self Check out is a joke because it always requires them to come over and fix something. And I don't know who you're trying to screw. But a bottle of aromatic bitters, a 16 oz bottle you have listed at 39.99 is just price gouging. An 8 ounce bottle is around $8 to $11. Double that, see what you get. Not using PNS . I willl go to Woodman's, they're very friendly there, and very helpful.

I've been shopping here for a few years, the shopping experience has degraded over time. The self-checkout process is practically unusable at this point with many errors that require employee assistance. The customer service is also poor. I am looking for a new place to shop.

I’m sorry, but there is a fricking bird inside the store that seems to be living right above the beer department. Plus the whole produce area was really low on stock.
