not disability friendly. staff is not helpful at all. They do not care about disabled folks here, definitely try another gym if you are disabled, injured, or have any kind of health conditions, because they dont want you here and will NOT help you.

I use to enjoy going to this gym unfortunately it has really gone down hill. The cleanliness and time it takes them to fix items you expect to be available is simply unacceptable. You pay a fair price and in turn you do not get the gym you should. Someone really should explain to them what a contract really is. You pay for what is advertised not what little effort they are willing to put forth. It is best to find another place to signup with. If you are looking for a Sauna, Spa area, pool areas, locker room, shower area are all in poor condition. It is really sad to see the state they have allowed this once really nice gym come to this.

For a club that considers itself to be a premium health club, it needs a lot of work. It's not especially clean, and is dingy and worn out looking. Also, no lifeguards. And, if you enjoy group pool exercise classes, you can expect to be treated as a second-class member in favor of lap swimmers. I've never been yelled at and kicked out to give a lane to a lap swimmer -- until Pinnacle. The outdoor pool is nice-ish.

Locker room, whirlpools and sauna are old considering the price of membership.Staff is incredibly friendly, and the equipment is above average.

The warm water pool is such a valuable resource. Allows exercise that I couldn't do otherwise. It's always clean and the staff always welcoming. Priceless.

Outdoor pool was nice, the gym equipment is great and the area isn’t very crowded. My beefs are with the locker room, indoor pool, and whirlpool areas. Just not very clean. Rusted locker door handles, a air intake vent caked in dust in the locker room, and the indoor pool looks like it needs a hefty dose of bleach. Compared to others in the area though, I’d definitely go with this however.

I absolutely love this club. It's more of a wellness center than a gym. The workout area and equipment is top notch. Amenities are amazing. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. As long as I live in the area, Pinnacle will be my club!

I picked my kid up today from the daycare & she wasn't wearing pants or a diaper! The daycare provider said she peed through her diaper so she wiped her off and took her diaper & pants off! My child does not like the daycare here & I am very disappointed with it! Picking up my child without pants or a diaper on was disturbing! I know she had a dry diaper when I brought her in! My child was all alone with this daycare provider! I will never bring her back to this daycare again! This is disappointing because I liked swimming in the pools but I want to feel safe to leave my child for an hour & this place doesn't make me feel safe!

Pinnacle has a nice pool, but I don't recommend them becuase their membership process is at best antiquated and at worst predatory. For example, I tried to cancel my membership and they said, "you can't until the early exit date in the cancellation clause." So I responded, "alright, well do that then." But they still wouldn't do it! Instead they told me to "call back on that date". Pretty amazing.Be preparred for locking contracts, phone tag, hassel and hidden fees.

Sort of regret joining this, I have a higher price point and agreed to a 1 year membership for $75/month. There’s full equipment for athletic training and it’s generally uncrowded. The free weights section features new squat racks, benches, and a platform. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed a lot of members and even the personal trainers are having personal problems with strength and high intensity training. Also, I've noticed the TVs haven’t been replaced in several years and there are several treadmills out of order. It’d be nice to get 4K above the cardio areas, the TVs have below 1080p pictures. The age of the equipment in the downtown location is nearly unacceptable. This gym is sort of odd and it seems like there's a clear management problem here.

I’ve been a member here for 6 years and I love it. The trainers are nice. They have a nice outdoor pool, a good massage therapist and a yummy smoothie bar. It’s kept clean and it has a nice community feel to it.

This is a wonderful gym that offers everything you could hope for in a gym. Indoor and outdoor salt water pools, a sauna, steam room whirlpool, massage, and a smoothie bar. They have regular classes available indoor and out and the at home feel makes you feel like you want to stay awhile

Love being able to get back to yoga in a safe way, spacing, masks, cleaning, air filtration!
