Pooh Bear Childcare is a fantastic child care center where the staff is great, very caring, and very nice. Many teachers have long tenure, with some there for 20 years or more. The facility is safe and clean with a secure outdoor play area, including two separate playgrounds for different ages. Children get two outdoor play sessions daily, weather permitting, and go on occasional walks to nearby parks. The center provides meals and snacks, which parents appreciate as it makes life easier. Staff use an app to provide updates and photos throughout the day, though they can sometimes get busy with the kids. The owners and staff try to do right by the children, prioritizing care over technology. Pooh Bear offers a VASD-associated 4K program with continuing daycare afterwards, preparing children for kindergarten. Parents describe it as feeling like a family where teachers know all the kids. Children love it, progressing from the infant room through the 4K program, and are cared for by wonderful teachers with endless patience and a passion for childcare.

Our three kids all went to PB childcare in Fitchburg and they loved it. Teachers are very nice and know all the kids there. Feel like a family.

LOVE Pooh Bear! The staff is great. You can tell they really love kids. They did everything: had fun with them, took care of them, taught them. Absolutely wonderful teachers with endless patience and a passion for childcare. My little guy is now ready for kindergarten thanks to Pooh Bear. High recommend!
