My phone was stolen.The only customer service person I was able to get in touch with at Tmobile told me my only option to report my phone stolen, cancel service to that phone and buy a replacement was to go in person to the nearest location.So I went to the Tmobile location.There were 3 employees in the store and 0 other customers.I told them my phone had been stolen, I needed to report it had been stolen, and I wanted to buy a replacement.The three girls, 2 of them looked in high school, not a single one of them knew what the **** I was talking about.They spoke maybe 20 words in English to me total in the entire time I was there. They didn't think I spoke any Spanish so they mostly talked to each other in Spanish thinking I wouldn't understand what they were saying. The only one who actually said much to me at all kept saying "no store in the area has replacement." She kept asking about insurance/warranty, I was like I'm not asking about insurance or warranty, I need to get into my account, stop service to the stolen phone and buy a new one.They just kept repeating the same **** and not understanding and telling each other in Spanish they didn't know what I was talking about.This is the most ******** service I've ever gotten. And I can't CALL Tmobile because I don't HAVE A ******** PHONE NOW.I've been with Tmobile since the Sprint merger. I've never used any other service besides Sprint-then-Tmobile. If I can actually get into my ******** account again I'm cancelling this service and going somewhere else. This is how Tmobile deals with someone with a stolen phone? I'll probably get a better deal as a 'new customer' somewhere else! Apparently my bill money goes toward paying lazy incompetent kids to stand around being totally useless and unable to help you.

I visited this location about a week ago. I was looking at trading my phone in for a new one. I waited for about 10 minutes before I went to the desk where two female employees were standing. They did not ask if there was anything they could help with, or greet me at all. I asked if I was able to trade my phone in and they told me I would have to order the new phone since it was out of stock. I had no issue with that, but told them I might wait to order them with the rest of my family so I would be back to do that another day. The employee stared at me blankly. The other employee noticed this, and told me that would not be an issue. I have never had this type of experience at any company when looking to get a new phone, nor have I seen the level of disrespect for customers in an establishment like this. I chose to order the phone myself, as it seemed that would be my best option so I was not taking up anymore time in this store.

Nikky was awesome! She went out of her way to help me out with my cellular data connection after switching from an iPhone X to iPhone 14. She initiated the process and did the initial esim transfer efficiently. However, when the T-Mobile QR Scan failed to read, she walked me thru step-by-step, and made sure everything was working well. Thank you!!

Transfer of phones to T- Mobile was a great expert. Joey took good care of us from the initial purchase at Costco to walking out the door with working phones.

Incredibly poor and unprofessional customer service. We went ungreeted for almost 10 solid minutes and when they finally helped me the woman without a name tag working on 07/13/2023 at about 5pm was beyond rude. Super short responses and ridiculously toxic tone. I was coming in for a brand new phone I was going to pay for in full and instead I left with a completely canceled service and am taking my business to another provider.

Dude tried to help but to NO avail.Not sure why being a Sprint Customer that merged with T-Mobile but a T-Mobile phone...was practically useless to stop. Was told I have to find a Sprint store

Worst customer service ever! I've been in twice and the two women working literally send everyone away saying they can't help the customers. I had a return that the paperwork from T-Mobile said I could bring it in the store and they said they couldn't help me. Rude and awful! Avoid this store!

Nikky and Charlie are awesome! We had so many problems at other stores but these two were the best ever!!! Answered all questions and fixed errors that occurred from other reps.

I don’t understand what others are saying about this store. It’s amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable about their company and know exactly what they need to know in order to help us. My wife and I went, we were sprint customers, and we had no issues at all. Other than the system taking quite some time, they were excellent and got our transfer done with no other issues. Wish I could say this about other T-Mobile stores that we’ve been too, this one is by far the best and I recommend going here!

The store staff treat people horrible and they always tell you to call the people on the customer service they don’t do nothing. I went and they told me they couldn’t do something and the they let me talking alone and close the door with anger, I will not recommend this store to help you with something
