“I love this place. Yes, the games cost a bit more than Target or another big box store, BUT you're supporting the local community. And they have good variety. Even better, they have a great space in the back for gaming. My teen spends time here with friends playing games and afterwards they grab a snack from the co-op grocery store. Much better than getting into shenanigans.”

“Haven't been to this location for Barnes & Noble in a while, but I'll definitely be back soon. Had trouble finding a book, so I went to customer service desk where I was helped by a young gentleman named Tyler, he was super polite and friendly! We were able to find my book in record time! Not to mention but when I went to checkout a young lady named Eve was super sweet and told me all about their free rewards program! Lovely staff!”

“This is a nice comic store with a variety of new comics, graphic novels, games, comic book back issues, statues, etc. The person that was working there was very well informed and helpful. The layout of the store made it easy to look at everything quickly. The store is located next to the Dollar Tree.”

“I just want to leave an updated review, my experience here was very pleasant. Friendly staff and helpful. Honesty some of the best customer service I have received in Madison.Only thing is i wish they would update their google hours when they are going to be closed. I went yesterday during hours and they were closed, but came back today when they opened to find out they had been closed a whole week.That’s really my only complaint, if they start updating their google hours it’d be better.So I guess just call before you go if you are driving specifically for build a bear.But overall a great experience, especially for it just being a kiosk.”

“A good selection of items, both new and pre-owned! They even carry stuff that you can usually only buy online through the Lego store. Prices are very reasonable on most items. Just like the Lego store, sets are separated by theme, to make it easier to find what you're looking for, and there is a build a minifigure station. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I would definitely visit again, if I'm in the area. 23/2024”
