I visited this UScellular store hoping to resolve ongoing service issues dropped calls and missing messages. While I was there, my phone suddenly started working, so I sat down for just a few minutes to finish emails. Even though I explained I’d speak to them in a moment, I was repeatedly approached about looking at new phones.
When I asked for help resolving my service issues, I was told I qualified for a $500 promotion on a new phone if I paid off my current device. They assured me I was eligible, so I paid off my old phone’s balance. Only after they called in and paid off my device with my card. They say I actually didn’t qualify unless I changed my plan and raised my bill.
In the end, I left with no solution to my service issues, no new phone, no promotion, and out the money I paid just to pay off my old device. It felt like a bait-and-switch, and after a decade as a customer, it was a really disappointing experience.

The staff completely wasted my time today. Walked in to pay my bill, waited 20 minutes for the staff to ask me to wait even longer. Two staff members helping one client, then taking another customer who walked in after me. I stormed out rather then waste my time and my money with staff who are unprofessional and unwilling to multitask. I took my business elsewhere. The lack of professionalism cost us cellular a client

Abram at the Fitchburg store has been incredible to work with. He helped me with my initial new phone set up, but also went above and beyond when there was a problem with my account. He texted me after closing and followed back with me next time he was working. Abram is a reason why I stay with US Cellular. Thank you for all of your help.

Yael was amazing at helping múltiple people at one time. He took time to clean my phone and fix the sound issue. I was so worried my phone was done but with his patience it is fixed.

The US cellular office In Fitchburg, Wisconsin holds some very knowledgeable and helpful young men! I walked in there Needing an experienced person and I got exactly that. Abram helped me from the minute. I walked in the door until I had a working phone with US cellular and Yael Was there to the very end When I walked out on Thursday! Neither of them gave up until I had what I needed, and I would suggest anyone that has a problem with their cellular phone go to US cellular and you will not be disappointed.
