Worst customer service ever, their assistant manager (the little latina woman) never smiles, she doesn't know how to talk to people correctly, she YELLED AT ME and all round has a very stank attitude.
I also found a legal business on Park Street by the name of Zoodies that sells $100 ounces on the weekends besides the point system to accumulate points for store discounts.
Zoodies also has a DAB MACHINE right in the store, you can buy dabs and smoke in the lounge.
And Zoodies Delivers.

Online it says they close at 9pm but I stopped in at 8:34pm, there OPEN signs were on and nothing! I don’t get it??

I never have a problem going in this store. The employees are always so nice and helpful. 1 in particular that always helps me when he is there, the guy with the hair puffs. He is amazing. He is always honest and lets me know the best flavors. All of the other employees are pretty amazing too

I just think it’s bogus to sell people bad wax and then refuse to make it right. I get it’s not your fault but it’s also not the customers fault either. Figure out a new policy where we, the consumers, don’t get screwed over. Otherwise, great place.

The boys working today (Kenny, Judah, and I didn’t get the other one’s name unfortunately) went above and beyond to get me what I needed today, and I appreciate it more than anything. They were rewarded with candy canes. I love this smoke shop in general, it’s a great place and I wouldn’t recommend any other vape shop. Someone give these boys a raise.

Make sure you keep your receipt they are so old school they don't even have a system for guests to ensure when warranties are taken care of if you don't have the receipt good luck and they will tell you your shit out of luck I promise. So sad I wasted money there.

Come here maybe once a week and they always recognize me and make me feel welcome! Great smoke store with incredible prices and selection of vapes and delta 8 weed products. Basically the Neiman Marcus of smoke shops.
ALSO test your products in the store: everyone knows that. Don’t listen to the idiot reviews saying they left then came all the way back with no way to prove the vape or pen was broken and they expect a refund on a non fda approved device 🤣

Finally found a great smoke shop with Vapes. Nice selection. Cheapest I've seen in a while! Workers are nice and ready to help! They also sell clothes and candles and everything smoking related. We will absolutely be back!

My favorite local smoke shop! Great selection of vapes, beautiful humidor and great rewards system. The employees (Juda and Aggie to name a couple) are gems that help me navigate the many products they carry! Highly recommend :)
