They don't have the time or consideration to even give a call back or answer a simple message on my chart. Then they wonder why it's hard foe people to have faith in the Healthcare system.

If you want terrible customer service, doctors that couldn’t care less about you, don’t explain your test results, and only schedule appointments 2 months out, this is the perfect place for you!

My doctor is amazing. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Perry for almost 10 years now. I’ve never had any issues and she takes great care of me. I would highly recommend this facility

For over a year, the front desk staff have been snarky & condescending when I try to communicate the simplest of tasks such as a prescription refill/renewal or have ONE form signed and faxed to ONE number. The form hasn't changed nor has the fax number, and it's been done previously, shows it in my medical record. Simple entry level customer service tasks shouldn't be so difficult or result in getting attitude & unprofessionalism.

Doctors are great but communication with staff is atrocious and leads to delayed healthcare

since my mom is elderly and the mask causes more problems than it solves, she got a note from her dr saying she didn't have to wear it, which is allowed under the mandate. We only go grocery shopping once a week but I called the pick n save manager ahead of time to discuss this as I wanted to avoid one of those awful videos I've seen of people fighting over masks. If someone even said a word to my mom they'd be sorry instantly. The manager was actually very nice and understanding and said that if they see someone without a mask they will assume it's for a good reason and will not question them or violate their HIPAA (unlike costco or those other places). I thanked him and no problems yet. It's a lot more than I can say for the same office where her dr is at, UW health fitchburg on fish hatch and cheryl pkwy. As soon as we got there for her appt on friday the first thing the receptionist said was where is your mask, very rudely and never said please. My mom is elderly and has a language barrier so didn't understand that she didn't have to put it on but I instantly stepped in and told her in the same tone to check her records that she has a note from her dr allowing her to not wear one and to never speak to her like that again. I reported her to her manager, who said she would speak to her but also tried to make excuses and said they had to assume everyone has to wear one. I told her she knows what happens when you assume.... unbelievable when you get more understanding and better service in pick n save than from your own staff at your drs office. If it weren't for the fact that my mom likes her dr here and I think we finally found one that listens, I would have instantly walked her out and never gone back. Terrible customer service. I deal with drs offices all day every day at work, but this was completely out of line. Looks like they give their people zero training on customer service whatsoever. I will make sure to be there at every appt from now on and that will be the last straw. I pity them if they disrespect my mother again. Not her fault they choose to live in fear like sheep.
