Absolutely horrific experience. Should've been super easy, brought my own device and looking to swap from T-mobile. The paper the employee was writing on had the correct info.They input the wrong number on transfer, and their solution to "just wait, it'll all work out" lead to a double bill by verizon, I don't have my original phone number and I am now receiving texts as one number and sending texts as another. I've been into that store 3 times and called 2 times and I am getting nowhere. Their online chat is always down, and their new service team is entirely based in India.Do not trust them with your number, you won't leave with it. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.Update: Despite cancelling, I am getting notified about an outstanding bill. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The staff at this store and the store on Capital Drive in Brookfield are outstanding. Particularly Andrew and Amber. My first experience with Andrew was in Brookfield. We've had nothing but bad experiences with the Verizon store in Beaver Dam WI. They don't seem very interested in helping the customer... That's all I'll say about them. It's so bad we drove to Brookfield over an hour away for help and met Andrew. He solved all our issues and helped me navigate the website and phone software with ease. He was patient and explained all the options for my personal account as well as for a business account. Today I needed assistance with closing a service and he told me he was in Fitchburg so I gladly drove 45 away from the Beaver Dam store to see him. He was with a guest and told me his Associate Amber could help. She was just as helpful as Andrew and together with a nice young man in training, sorry I don't want to get the name wrong, they resolved all issues and even took old US Cell phones in as credits on my bill. I can't say enough about their service. It was so good to get to talk to people that actually cared and helped. I'll drive to those two stores anytime as they are the best reps I've ever dealt with. Thanks for the great service.

Cameron was a great help even when the system wasn’t wanting to work. Got us set up and done with multiple devices in under 2 hours. Very easy to work with, quick responses, answered all of our questions.

My old phone went completely bananas on me and they had me hooked up with a new one and even retrieved the data from my SEVERELY malfunctioning phone within the hour.

The best Verizon store in the area. Excellent service. My husband and I came in to trade phones. We had somewhat of a complex situation with our phones and Dean went above and beyond to help us out. We were very happy with the service and support. We will definitely be coming back to this store. Thanks again Dean!

I stopped in close to closing time, and was immediately met with a warm welcome. Tony and Ian were respectful, informative and provided exceptional service. I highly recommend working with these two at Verizon-Fish Hatch.

Back to back years, I've been impressed with the service, thoroughness, and support during the busy holiday sale season. In both years, they found us additional discounts or went out of their way to get us a device the same day.

I came to this store hoping to get a new phone after my previous one broke. Tyler helped me pick out a new phone and get all the payments setup. I should have known, as a college student whose parents are paying for my phone, that I was an easy target for them to try and “upsell”. Tyler told me that he was able to save money on my bill by changing mine and my mom’s plan. I found out later this meant I could no longer have a personal hot spot. He additionally added a protection plan to our monthly plan claiming “it was already something we had”. This was untrue however, and was an added charge on the monthly bill. He also told me that I could not trade in my broken phone unless the find my iPhone was off for it. Unfortunately because my screen was broken Tyler had no idea how to turn it off. A simple google search after I left told me that I can do it on another device using iCloud. I have never been more outraged learning I was deceived by a company I had so much respect for.

They think we were Chinese, so they purposefully took their sweet time taking care of only white customers. They only care about getting the last dollar out their customers and not want to help out.

Very nice store. Clean & wasn’t to busy on a Saturday afternoon. Got my questions answered quickly. I gave 3 stars because the agent helping me gave off a vibe that sort of made me feel a little stupid that I didn’t understand my new iPhone (always been an android user & switched to iPhone 3 months ago). I’m sure other agents are better but my experience with this one was only 3 star for customer service.

Excellent experience!! James and Ben at the Fitchburg WI location were fantastic.They were both super helpful and very patient and supportive. We got a new phone and a new watch and upgraded several features. No hard sales just lots of good information to help us make the best choices. Highly recommend them!
