I had a fantastic customer service experience here. Kieran helped me after I had disabled my internal SIM on an overseas trip. He quickly fixed my phone and then also helped me update my account info since it had some old addresses and inaccurate info. It was such a relief to have it fixed and it was a great process overall. If you are a Verizon customer, head to this location for great support.

I spent over 4 hours with support on 3 days and still could not get data to work on my phone. I went to the store and the staff there helped figure out the weird setting on my phone to get it to work. I should have went there first as they were great to work with!!!

Had an hour to just replace my phone with the most comparable option. No sales pitch needed. Got my name on the list, was next to go when some guy walks in and a sales person (just finished with another customer) walks up to him and helps him. I addressed it because my time was limited and got serious attitude and zero willingness to try to make my time frame work. Was told to make an appointment.

I had to get a new phone today and was disappointed because I had been paying for protection on it for 16 months and just dropped it last month because we got my husband a new phone and moved the coverage to his phone. Murphy's law.. Anyway, I had an amazing experience with Tariq and Brian. They both worked their magic to turn a bad situation into something good. I really appreciate their patience in exploring my options and going above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. There is a reason I've been with Verizon for 22 years! Thanks guys!

Very unhelpful, was at store to return internet equipment and after few minutes the guy said oh i can’t do that for you you have to contact customer service by phone. I was like what?? If the guys in store aren’t able to assist cutomers whats the point of making this store?? Finally i did finish the process by myself, this is not the first time happening at this location very disappointed

I’ve been a customer of Verizon for well over a decade. I went in exploring the idea of upgrading my watch. for functionality reasons I needed to see the different sensors between the Apple Watch SE and the Apple Watch 10. The manager refused to help me and told me to go to Best Buy. Even after I told him I was a customer of Verizon. Once all of my devices are paid off. I will be exploring alternate services from now on.

Having lost my phone in the river I was worried I would not be able to get my same number. The service at the Fitchburg location was by far the most professional of anywhere. I was able to not only to keep my number but get a discount plus get all my contacts transferee from the cloud. Wyatt was beyond knowledgeable and professional. So grateful for the help I received.

This was the worst service I have ever received in my life. My phone would not work for the entire weekend, so I went back after the weekend to cancel my account, and return gizmo watches. I had to pay a restocking fee for the watches after the salesman was the one to open the watches, not me. A month later, they are still harassing me saying I owe money. Do not go here!

Sarang is amazing!!! As someone who also works with the public, I appreciate it when someone is able to come at a problem with empathy and creative, solution-based problem solving. I came into the McKee Rd store hoping to work out an issue with my 5G Home internet order which I had been struggling to fix through chat and had been getting text messages from random (seemingly personal phone numbers) from the Middleton store where I picked up the unit originally and the first person I spoke to here was very nice, explained the weird text messages, tried to get us entered into the queue to speak to someone, and seemed open to having us discuss the issue I was having with an associate. The second person we spoke to (who was trying to get us re-entered into the queue?) we had communication issues with. I interpreted information I was given from Verizon one way and he was trying to tell me the way it was supposed to be interpreted instead of trying to see things from my side — and when I say he was trying to tell me, I mean, he was actually trying to tell my male-partner who is not the account owner and I finally had to call him out on actually needing to look at me, the female account owner who is speaking to him and who ordered the internet service to begin with. Finally we spoke with Sarang, he was incredible!! Easy-going, understanding, completely understood why I was there and he had a solution right away. Normal eye contact and normal conversation. He went over all the details of what we were doing to fix the issue and I was given a head’s up that he may text me with a seemingly personal (but actually work) number to follow-up on whether we need help setting the internet up. Literally if I carried cash around at all, I would’ve given this guy a tip!! I’m so grateful for his help and glad that we landed with him to help us resolve this issue. Please be sure to treat Sarang as the asset that he is and also include a shout out to the friendly person who greeted us initially, I missed their name but they had blond hair. Thank you!!

Awful customer services, was literally told to call customer support because they can't explain why 4 brand new phones won't connect to 5G. How am I supposed to call after you take my phone and cause it to not dial out at all, breaking it further. I was speaking with the Senior Manager after another manager sent me packing. Go to any other store or better yet a different carrier, Verizon isn't what it used to be.
Update: Verizon user for 14 years, soon not to be. Went to a second store and the support person thung up on the in-store agent. They then offered me $85 as compensation for over $1,000 in lost service when all I want is my phone to work. They tried to sell an "Area Outage" on me which must have been going on since the day I got my new phone.
What a joke of an organization. I can't wait for a stock response telling me these concerns have been escalated.

The people who set our plan up were extremely rude not only to us, the one guy was extremely rude to his coworker who was new. Not to mention, Verizon’s coverage is terrible even when we travel.

Upon My arrival at this particular Verizon owned and operated location I was met by Logan, the manager. He inquired about my visit and acquired Tariq to assist with my new phone upgrade.
At very first Tariq inquired about my current older plan, to which I mentioned I liked as I wanted to keep my bill as similar as possible as money is very tight. I was a little concerned that wouldn't be the case as the last few times I had gone to an authorized retailer I felt very pressured and my bill increased substantially. Obviously I didn't want to be pressured to switch to a plan that I didn't understand that costs more and so I repeatedly stated my concern. However I let Tariq continue to explain how if he allowed me to set up a new plan I would actually save money but receive a much better data plan that would also align better with my needs.
After a long and very careful consideration with time spent looking over the details I agreed and crossed my fingers. Since upgrading my plan and phone I must exclaim Tariq was correct and despite my original reservation I am very pleased to announce he was correct as my new bill that I have since received hasn't led to any surprises and was exactly as i hoped it would be. This is something I rarely experienced with other locations and as such strongly recommend both this location and Tariq as your sales consultant.
Moreover I had a completely unrelated issue with my old phone that left me in a real panic (I won't bore you with details). But long story short Logan truly went well above and beyond to remedy the situation and truly took the time required to assist me in this matter. I say this as someone who has spent a vast array of years in the retail sector both as a simple employee and as management, “I highly recommend Logan and Tariq”.
Moreover, for the first time ever, I am willing to openly exclaim this particular location be added to the IAM GHOST APPROVED BUSINESS LIST, for those unaware this is my official list of businesses that have met an extremely stringent set of requirements. As such I would like to personally thank Logan and Tariq for their unwavering commitment, honesty, and caring well helping me through this upgrade process.

Broke my phone at the gym and came in on a Thursday night at 630 and told Brian and Misha that I needed a phone for work. Had some issues getting things transferred through iCloud but both Misha and Brian were patient and made sure I got out of there with a working phone.
