I recently lost access/locked out of my online Verizon prepaid account. Their automated system would not allow me to reset my password, so I resorted to online chat for help on Saturday. After nearly an hour the agent removed my account and asked me to re-register. Part of re-registering is Verizon send a code, but this step never completed so I was stuck.After trying this process again on Monday and not able to get a live person on the phone AND online help sending me in circle trying to solve the issue through their knowledge base I was forced to get in my car a drive to a Verizon store.While the 2 gentleman assisting me at the store were nice enough they also could not get me access to my pre-paid account. After 1 hour of troubleshooting their answer was to switch me to a slightly higher priced post paid plan, which after the $10 auto pay discount would only be $6-7 more per month. So after the length new plan registration process and adding in my credit card info it was share that only a checking account provided the $10 discount. My pre-paid plan offered the $10 even using a credit card.So Verizon's system caused me to be locked out. All their fancy phone prompts, online chat, online agent and in-store customer service people could not figure out the problem. So switching me to a more costly monthly service was the work around.Verizon, you need to be better. How do I get compensated for the 3 hours of my life your stole trying to solve a problem you created. Very sad.

I’m not one to normally add reviews - but my experience tonight was well worth the my time. I’ve always been a fan of Verizon’s product - they are by far superior on cellular service in my opinion. Tonight - I am now a further concreted customer cause of customer service. The Verizon In Fitchburg in Cahill main (I believe that’s how you spell the road) the manger Dean was huge help. He operated efficiently, knowledgeable, and had me in and out with my request in less than 20 minutes.I have literally spent hours in Verizon before trying to accomplish the same thing.Thank you Dean for making this happen and getting my family on the road in time for our trip!!

They add items to your plan without telling you when upgrading your phone. When you question them a week later, they say they train people to go over every line item so this COULDN’T happen and don’t apologize for it.I came to this one because it’s an actual corporate store instead of an authorized retailer and boy that was a mistake!If you do go here despite this, avoid Wyatt. Cole was the manager who did nothing but remove a plan change I had never authorized.

Sherman and Logan were absolute life savers after a month of challenging customer service transferring from ATT to Verizon. Finally, once I made it to this store, we got to the bottom of how to trade in my old device and settled all outstanding issues with excellent customer service. The employees at the McKee location are empathetic, well informed and took every opportunity to find solutions to my challenges. I will never go to another Verizon store in Madison, especially the store on Cahill Main, when far superior customer service is available a few miles away on McKee road. After many headaches and dicey customer service at other stores and online, I'm finally happy to put it all behind me and be a Verizon customer. Thank you again Sherman and Logan!

We were Greeted with hello and can I help you from and Staff logan.Nice ! SHEMAN HELPED Set up business cell S23 FE phone took a while Sherman went through all features and didn't get upset repeating himself with all my questions. Nice clean Store.

The managers and specialists at this store are so dedicated we came in the store at 4pm and it was jam packed. When it was our turn our phones just wouldn’t connect to the line for some reason and the staff stayed 30 minutes after closing to help us make sure it’s fixed.

Terrible customer service. I was directed to this corporate location from another location telling me that they can help me with my order problems, and this store directed me back to the original store. The “manager” here was clueless and said things that directly contradicted what the “manager” at the other location told me. On the bright side this is a great time to switch carriers!

Let's just say, don't be swayed by those "cheap" carriers. I left Verizon and it was the worst 2 weeks of my life. Service was great here, shout out to Dylan for hanging in there until phones were back on Verizon!

The worst experience ever. I was told my phone would qualify for an upgrade and I would be able to keep my phone number. Was also told once the IPhone box was opened had to move forward with the contract. When sales person tried to transfer my number, discovered my number wouldn’t transfer and my phone didn’t qualify. Husband switched to, his phone qualified but we were billed as if it didn’t. Very upsetting experience. If Tyler tries to help you run.Would like to add got zero response from the store manager. Never attempted to make anything right. Rip off lesson to the tune of $1,400. Ouch!

I went into the Verizon Store on Cahill in Fitchburg Wisconsin on 3/10/23. Three sales men were there with no customers. I sat down to talk to one named Mike and tried to get some help. He was by far the rudest most condescending person I have ever run across. He kept looking at his associate like he was annoyed and wanted the other sales person to know. He could not even try and give me some idea how to help with my issue. I understand that it was my son's phone but it had to do with the size pictures that are being received from me on his phone. Mike kept saying he had to see my son's phone and look in settings. Well, why could he not tell me where in settings to look? Say I wanted to adjust my photos, wouldn't he go into my settings and look? Mike was totally uninterested and clearly the absolute worst salesman Verizon could hire.

Verizon has the best staff in this location of Fitchburg!!! I went to the other Verizon in Fitchburg and got screwed when I got my old phone from Verizon I went back to this location and went to the Middleton location that this Verizon in Fitchburg is with and Dylan at this Verizon has been a big help getting the old number with the new phone and getting the watch disconnected Dylan has been the best specialist at Verizon that I have ever ended up with and I would love to have him again at Verizon on McKee Rd that is also Verizon in Middleton location also!!!
