My online ordering experience was horrible; not only did the employee delivering groceries to my car do so without a mask on, he shut the door, said "have a nice weekend," and forgot the majority of my groceries. Trying to get a refund was impossible and poor customer service - they kept passing me off to four different people and kept me on hold for 53 minutes with just a few check-ins to pass me off to someone else. Wear your masks and work on the online/phone customer service response/etiquette.

I love Hyvee!!! A little disappointed though to see how many employees there today were wearing their masks below their noses! May as well not even have them on. Even the men at the seafood/meat counter had theirs below their noses. Don’t bother if you aren’t going to wear them properly!

Clean store, well stocked, kind staff always ready to help out with anything I need. Great deals and always good prices on name brand and store brand goods. Love the hot foods section as the variety and quality is top tier.
