I woupd give zero stars if i could. Customer service sucks. They can't help with any issues, they can only sell you things. The customer service phone number can't fix the things i need help with. Guess i pay for a phone for nothing. No voice-mail, nobody can hear me, calls cut out. Nobody cares.

Not really sure where to begin. I am an AT&T loyalty customer and sometimes especially now I wonder why. I went to the fond du lac store to inquire about updating my phone, have 11 paid off and am tired of being ripped off.
Associate did not even try, never logged into my acct, or tried to engage me. I left the store. And at this time may leave At&t all together.
Customer service certainly is not a priority. BTW I usually only write these things when I have positive things to say. In this case sad CS experience. Will never go back.

This would have been my 3rd time stopping in at the Fond du Lac AT&T location to get issues with our account fixed and all 3 times it has been the same homeless looking lady working. She has no interest in helping customers resolve any issues. When I stopped in at this location today the homeless lady working told me she could not do anything and that I needed to call the 1800 number at AT&T. I walked out and called the Oshkosh location and was told they could resolve the issue. I drove to the Oshkosh location and they were able to resolve my issues within 20 min.

The worse customer service experience I’ve ever had, the lady and the manager are very rude,dishonest and disrespectful persons ever I not even know why they are in the customer service business?.

Just so-so. The staff are friendly but usually unless it's a sale you end up calling customer service anyway, which is a nightmare. Cellular service near my house isn't great (on the 4G band)

Jay is a hand and foot above most people with his exceptional customer service skills and problem solving. He has been a huge help for me to get my services for ATT internet. I would recommend him to anyone dealing with issues and opening new lines. Amazing customer service and great atmosphere, highly recommended.

Chaos (yes, that's really her name) went waaaay above and beyond what one would expect as "normal" customer service. Her expertise and professionalism helped to solve my dilemma. Her persistence in pursuing a solution was fantastic!

After having an extremely negative experience at the Oshkosh location, I called the Fon du Lac store where I received exceptional care from the manager Patrick, and employee Jay. Both were very receptive to concerns and questions. They were personable professional, and patient. Wonderful experience at this store!

My daughter and I were in last week with a locked up phone for the second time. The first time the guys fixed it but the second time Riley looked at it and said she didn't know what to do. I asked get if the guys were there. She said they had off but they wouldn't know what to do either. I asked her for Samsungs phone number and she dropped it in my lap. This is my second time with her and she knew nothing. She is so unprofessional. I finally worked thru Att and they sent me a new phone. Simple as that.
