My daughter and I were in last week with a locked up phone for the second time. The first time the guys fixed it but the second time Riley looked at it and said she didn't know what to do. I asked get if the guys were there. She said they had off but they wouldn't know what to do either. I asked her for Samsungs phone number and she dropped it in my lap. This is my second time with her and she knew nothing. She is so unprofessional. I finally worked thru Att and they sent me a new phone. Simple as that.

Very nice staff at this location. All of them are extremely informed and knowledgeable on everything phone. They are always looking out for my best interest and awnser any and all questions I ask with out making me feeling stupid or confused.Wonderful location wonderful people

The Fond du Lac store was excellent! I walked right in and received immediately service, he was efficient knowledgeable. I had my new phone and accessories I needed within minutes, he offered to transfer everything and it was completely seemless…I just entered a couple passwords and it was exactly the same setup that I had. Photos, contacts, all still there. This was definitely the easiest switch ever!

In the area I live in in fond du lac Wisconsin at&t internet is terrible can not stay running with more than 1 device connected it is ridiculously bad I've never had worse internet in my life and I've run my ps5 off free hotel and hospital internet and that was miles faster!

Jay the employee that was helping me I am so thankful for him he was multitasking helping me and another couple I mean he was really doing his job yesterday and it's so much that was going on with my phone he spent 2 hours I mean 2 hours tried to help me only thing that we couldn't do or that he couldn't do was to get my Facebook transferred over into my new phone but I appreciate him so much he should be awarded something for his time I mean he was really good with the both of us he did his work yesterday and I appreciate him thank you and let him know that I said thank you.

My first bill after getting new phones did not match what I heard I was getting at the store. Stanley listened patiently, understood my issue, and found a win-win solution. Not only did his solution work, but he carefully reviewed my whole plan to ensure I was receiving all the benefits I could. I walked in a very UNHAPPY customer, walked out a very satisfied customer.

My internet was not connecting I called fond du Lac store andspoke to store mgr Lucero.I did not want to talk to tech supportbecause of the lengthy hold times. Lucero walked me thru some reset options and walla my internet came back on. I could not be happier with the fond du lac store professionalism and customer service. Thank you Lucero.Miles Mertens
