“Went to open a checking and savings account. Had to wait a little bit to see the personal banker but that's to be expected when you just walk in! She explained everything in detail so we were 100% aware of what we were signing up for and what the fees would be, what we needed to do to not be charged fees, and explained the optional things in the simplest way so that we understood exactly. Also expedited a check cashing/clearing for us which most places won't bother with! Now today, she just called to thank us and say she enjoyed sitting down with us. It means a lot (even though I'm sure she does it to everyone!) That she took the time out of her day to call and do that. Would definitely recommend this bank to anyone and everyone for sure!!!!!”

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Megan who works as a loan officer there. I called with plenty of questions and she took the time to help me out a lot and even went as far as to place me on hold so she could make sure that her responses were as accurate as possible (I had a fairly difficult situation). She truly helped me out after experiencing several years of difficult times and eventually being physically laughed at by a different loan officer from another business. I wish that I could express my sincerity in how thankful I am for the impact she and this company made in my life with one simple phone call and an incredibly helpful and caring employee. “On August 7th my husband went into Chase Bank to transfer cash to Nigeria for a closing cost on our timeshare. In return, we were supposed to receive $12,000 in ten days. I tried hard to deter him from doing this transaction for many reasons. His sister also tried. Once at the bank, the teller gave him many reasons for suggesting that this was a scam. She wouldn't deny him the transfer, but she asked logical questions that pertained to this matter. On his own, he chose to not follow through. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the employees at Chase Bank in Fond du lac. He never listens to me.”
