I stopped in at Boost Mobile at 459 west Johnson and spoke with Victor concerning switching to Boost and a iPhone. I am in my 50's and the thought was very overwhelming. Victor was with another customer and i was given the opportunity to observe his customer support skills patience and knowledge of the products and service he represents.. He finished up with this customer and answered all of my questions and eased any concerns I had about switching from android to apple. It is clear he enjoys what he is doing and is proud of where he works. Thank you so much for caring about the people you help.

I just bought a new phone here and the girls helped me to get the best phone under my budget. They also got me a case with new phone. I highly recommend this location.

Spent 4 hours trying to transfer a number 1 day, unsuccessfully I might add. Day 2 they called and said they were still working on it and it might take another day. Day 3 when I called them to find out what's going on, they had no idea what I was talking about. I paid just under $300 for 2 lines and 3 days pasted while I still only had 1 phone and no one was even working on it. I got a refund for the 1 line that failed however with out a dought, hands down the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any phone company.

Nothing wrong with this store in particular!!!! But boost mobile has been so awful these past couple of months it's wild. I have tried calling to leave the service, only to be hung up on. I have tried customer service chat to end my service, they apologized for not helping me and did nothing. I am unable to do anything on the app anymore except play random games. I haven't been able to call or text anyone since December and they are not letting me stop my plan. This feels illegal for taking money for a service not provided. I have been on boost for about 8 years and it's just recently it's been so awful. I apologize to the store employees for this review but I have no where else to turn to.
