THEY WILL ROB YOU if I could give no stars I would. They don’t honor their website for warranties like stated. Bought my mattress a couple days ago and they will not take it back and the man hung up on me. I even have it in the he plastic still. It’s making my back spasm like crazy. It's always great shopping here for furniture. Pricing is reasonable and staff is friendly. We have purchased a sectional couch, a few beds, and a couple recliners!

went in yesterday not knowing what to expect. found a sectional and fell in love with it. purchased right away but since the weather was crummy we asked if Sunday pick up was available. Dan, the owner, offered for Sunday pick up even though the business wasn't even open!! decided to pick up yesterday and he helped wrap and load it up! very welcoming, the woman (didn't catch her name) working the counter and floor was very helpful and kind! sending everyone I know over to check it out. we love our new furniture!!

What's not to love about saving money by buying clearance furniture from a warehouse, right? Nothing, except none of it is true!!! In my experience, BoxDrop Furniture is a well thought out, well executed scam. It is NOT clearance, it's NOT less expensive, it is NOT good quality, and it has no real warranty. This company is cleverly crooked from the bottom up and lots of consumers are falling for it, including me. BoxDrop buys their furniture new from manufacturers just like other furniture stores, but by calling it 'clearance' and locating in a warehouse, they trick you and me into putting little blinders on so we think we're getting a good deal. Plus, they get away with not providing a warranty like honest furniture companies, and they save a ton of money on rent. No wonder its a hot franchise. The only one that loses is the customer. I bought a two-piece reclining sofa from BoxDrop Direct and paid about $1900. It was made by Parker House Furniture. The reclining mechanism on one side didn't work well straight from the box. The other side broke after only 12 days! The furniture was so poorly and cheaply made that if you moved in the chair the whole thing wobbled. During the sales process Dan the owner had told me the sofa had the warranty advertised by the manufacturer and they claimed it had a 3-year warranty, but when I called BoxDrop to request warranty service, Dan told me he had to "get permission" to repair it. First he had his guys come and take pictures and insert little washers into the furniture. Apparently they have to do that alot; he carries them in his pocket. They claimed that would fix it, but it didn't. When that didn't work Dan said he couldn't do anything else until he got permission from a company called "RSS" (which stands for Retail Service Systems, the franchise mastermind behind this elaborate scam) and on another call he claimed he needed permission from the manufacturer. I waited months. To Dan's credit, he was pretty good about taking and returning phone calls during this time. In the end Dan gave me all my money back and unfortunately, the recliner went to the dump where it belonged with the other garbage. I replaced it with a high end, HIGH QUALITY recliner sofa by Home Stretch from WG&R furniture that came with a warranty, and I paid $60 **LESS** than the junky death trap "clearance" recliner from BoxDrop!!!! Plus the furniture came with a real warranty from a real company and I know it will last for years, not days. It's been working great for months and it doesn't wobble. Reviews about BoxDrop are also a scam. There used to be some scam reviews at their website but they're gone. BoxDrop claims to have thousands of great reviews in social media. Hm. If everything else was a lie, I'm guessing that's a lie too, but I don't know that for sure. The five star review here at Yelp was written by Dan the owner. (Hey, that's not legit, Dan.) Read it, it's a commercial, not a review, and it misleads consumers because it gives them an artificially high rating. But at least they're consistent... misleading people is what they're really good at! Scam. Scam. Scam! Around the time I bought my furniture I saw an article by Inc. magazine about what a great (money maker) BoxDrop is. That article seems to have disappeared. Maybe they got a whif of the scam too and dropped it from their magazine. This is the Returns & Warranty policy at boxdropdirect.com/returns-warranty/ at the time I posted this review: "We want to make sure you received the correct product in good condition. If it's broken on arrival, or there is a manufacturer's defect, or we delivered the wrong item to you, you must notify us of the issue within 21 days of delivery. As long as you notify us of the issue within that time frame, we'll either get you a replacement product or, if that's not possible, you can return the items for a refund. We went here on a whim just to casually look, and walked out with a mattress! The two gentlemen working were helpful, kind, and not pushy at all. We had our kids along with and they were very accommodating to them as well. They had the sweetest girl being a very informative sales associate :) Thanks for a great experience!

So after having a terrible experience with steinhafels in Appleton Wisconsin. I decided to take my business to this local family owned business. Customer service was great ,selection was great, find what I was looking for in about 10 minutes. Paid for it and she even help me put it in my car right away. Totally recommend this place their prices are a lot better than steinhafels maybe not as huge as a selection as they have but you might find what you're looking for and without the headache.
