“We have used Balken Auto Body twice. Both times we had excellent service and communication from them. Both vehicles were repaired on time and with excellent results. Balkens had a loaner car both times at no cost to us. Best auto repair in the area, never disappointed.”

“I can't thank Caliber Collision in FDL enough for their exceptional service. They were very thorough with my estimate and prompt with sending me updates on my vehicle repairs. Entire staff was very friendly and always has smiles on their faces. They helped me through the insurance payment process when I didn't fully understand. When I picked up my vehicle after repairs were done, I felt like I drove away in a brand new vehicle!!! It was shiny and clean. Thank you Caliber crew”

“I would recommend caliber of fond du lac to anyone needing repairs done. Todd was amazing to work with and kept me entirely in the loop throughout the whole process of repair, in my opinion his communication skills are unmatched compared to any shop I have worked with in the past. They also made the insurance process a breeze to go through and handled everything while still letting me know what was going on between them and my insurance provider”

“The Fond Du Lac team is incredible!!! Tim handled all of my scheduling and communication, I don't recall the name of the tech who did my windshield repair (they told me it's just slipped my mind) but the whole team there is great!! My car took a bit longer to be finished only due to needing reclaibration for a system that is within my windshield, but they did not return it without it being calibrated completely! I can't say enough good things about this team!! They have my business in any future needs for auto glass repairs!”

“So thrilled. Took my 2006 Nissan in for two new tires and they fixed the pressure gauge on my dashboard. Hasn’t worked for 15 years. I didn’t even ask for that to be fixed, but it’s so nice to have back.”
