“My old Toyota Sienna pulled to the left after changed new tires at Walmart Oskosh, they told me that was aligning. My car didn't have that problem. J&K corrected the problem, then J&K also recommended me to bring back to Walmart to re-balance or change the tires. Another technician checked and my car now is OK. J&K did an excellent job and charged me just $70 plus taxes. I recommend them 100%. They have a lot of work. To make an appointment take at least three days for having an spot for your car. Mathews at FDL charged me $180 the aligning and they told me that my car needed a new shock. I bring it to another mechanic who told me that my shocks were fine. J&K is honest. Mathews are not and they have nice facilities to charge and have high prices in their products and services.”

“It's probably been 15 years, but Ben did a full stage 3 setup on my 2001 S4. It was a pain-in-the-butt installation, and the parts had some fitment issues, but Ben contacted the manufacturer and got everything sorted out on my behalf. That car put out some crazy power; I regret selling it! Ben is an excellent mechanic, a fine human being, and was a good friend to a punk 18-year-old like me. “I have use Matthews tire for years and I will continue to use them for years to come. They offer good quality products at a fair rate and are extremely knowledgeable. I trust their judgement and advice. I have recommended them to other people and will do so again. They are excellent. All that being said, I was frustrated on my last visit. I dropped off my vehicle on a Thursday for Friday service. The technician told me that I was "first in line" for the next day. Imagine my surprise when I called next morning around 11 and found out that, not only had my vehicle not been serviced, it might not be done until the end of the day. I am certain it was a misunderstanding but that didn't help the plans I had to rearrange because of it. I ask that the good folks at Matthews come up with some sort of real time scheduling system where you can sign up for specific time and depending on the service, you get an estimate when it will be done so you can plan your day around it. If something comes up (as it sometimes does), the technician can notify the customer and make plans accordingly. That way the customer is accurately informed and has some responsibility for what is done. I'm certain there is an online program that can be used and I urge Matthews to look into it. Thanks for listening and keep up the outstanding work!!!”
