We had been speaking with a sales person regarding a Cadillac and had been corresponding by phone and email because we are quite a distance away. He was attempting to send us some photo attachments that we were not receiving. When I called back he was busy with a customer outside so spoke with a man to leave a message that answered my call.He was EXTREMELY RUDE. I tried to explain that we had been working with a salesman and tried to tell him we could not receive the email attachments being sent and he would not even let me finish explaining and interrupted me in mid sentence and said no photos would be sent. In verbatim “That will never happen†I was saying I guess we will search for a vehicle elsewhere and he hung up on me before I could even complete saying that. I am thankful for one thing, he saved us a very long drive to look at that Cadillac. It would have been very disappointing to travel so far and be dealt with in such a rude manner. I have NEVER been the type of person to post my opinion, but felt it necessary after this interaction from an auto dealership where you would be investing so much money. Very shocked but relieved we didn't patronize them with our business.

Jay made buying a car fun and easy. From start to finish he was transparent and honest. 100% would recommend buying a car from this dealership! Thanks for not only the amazing service but the excellent and reliable car!!

They offer a warranty but Jack the prices up on all the work. Then if you dont use them they dont honor the warranty. Haven't had the vehicle for more than a year and nothing but problems. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Not like they have good deals even. Everything is market priced. Go someplace that is more reputable.

Kayla was my Sales Rep. This was an easy and smooth transaction. She was pleasant and professional with me. I was able to test drive my vehicle right away with no complications. The vehicle ran smoothly and she had some knowledge of the vehicle.She was efficient with all the paperwork that needed to be explained. Kayla was able to explain to me the financing part very well. If I had questions she would have an answer. Kayla was quick about finalization for my vehicle. I spent approximately 3 hours from the time I test drive my vehicle until the finalization that the vehicle was under my name. Kayla was easy to communicate with. I would recommend Kayla as a Sales Rep if you plan to look at a car at Intergrity (Countryside Auto).

Very impressed with The level of service we received. No hassles or runarounds, just simple and straightforward. We are very satisfied with our purchase and I will keep them in mind next time I am in the market for a newer vehicle.

Kayla was amazing. Spent her whole day on a Saturday helping my daughter qualify for financing so she could purchase her first car. Great price on quality vehicle. Will look here first for my next vehicle purchase!!

I have purchased 10+ vehicles in my lifetime and this was by far the best car purchase experience I have ever had. Honest, open, and fair from the very beginning. Jay was awesome to work with and listened very carefully to what I was looking for. I highly recommend this dealership.

My daughter's first, on her own, car purchase. I stood off to the side (after all, she may be grown up, but she's ALWAYS going to be my princess, so daddy needs to be there for protection) ( LOL). Matt was VERY fair, straight forward (and patient) with her. Didn't try to pull any sleazy deals over on her. I would recommend you check out Countryside Auto, and ask for Matt!

Just purchased a car from here. Would recommend this dealership and Jay our salesman. Since this car was advertised on CarGuru we were unfamiliar with Countryside. I called and was greeted by his cheery voice, he was very helpful answering all my questions about the car, vichle history and included additional information ie: condition, quiet ride etc. Since I was interested in specific features that were not shown in the ad I asked if he could take photos of them and send it to me. He accommodated each request. I consider this the best expierence I have ever had.

It was my understanding that there was a full power train warranty when I bought the car. Now I have learned there is a $1,0001 deductible. They knew there was a recall and an extended warranty on the transmission and they ignored all of that. I guess, under law, they can do that, but by being a reputable dealer, DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They sold a car with bad tires, bad transmission, bad clutch to a person that trusted them. Now they want us to call Ford Or give them more money. I won't get a response from them at all. We have been calling them about this for almost a year.
