Bought a battery with tool
I have 4 battery
Broke this battery out of case used 3 times now will not take charge
They said it was to old ..
Used 3 times now junk what are u selling
I will look else ware for tools 25% junk
I have spent hundreds at HF no more.

I was in the store beginning of February 2024. I needed a tool cart on wheels, which the one I was looking for was a neon green one. I dealt with an employee name John. He was non stop trying to sell me a yellow one which I told him him mupitle times I wanted a neon green one. Then he started to get very rude and unProfessional about it. I asked him to look if a different store had one and he refused to do so. I left and called the oshkosh store which they had one. Ive worked in retail alot of years. The way John has treated me is no way to treat customers. Customer always come first and you go above and beyond to help what they need.
