Upgraded from a 2011 Ford Raptor with 226,000 miles to a 2018 Ford Raptor with 122,000 miles on it thinking I would be worry free for a while anyway while taking on a bigger payment. But I’ve had the new truck in the shop at least half a dozen times now… Had to replace sway bar links by the time I got the truck home, had a shop flash the transmission for $300 and that didn’t fix the chugging the truck was doing, replaced all the spark plugs after that didn’t work, now cylinder 6 is missing a couple weeks later, and driving in the first snow of the year the truck is all over the place and pulls you into oncoming traffic if you don’t counter steer. Felt much more confident in my 2011 with 100,000 more miles on it than what they sold me. And when I was asking them about what they cover on their 2000 miles warranty before I went over it was like pulling teeth to get any help or answers. Like if they just ignored me enough I’d leave them alone and they got exactly that. Couldn’t have asked for a worse experience with “upgrading” at this dealership

I had the opportunity to utilize Holiday Mazda's service center for an unexpected tire repair, and received nothing less than 5 star service. It was clearly a very busy day for them, but the team stayed in constant communication with me and the other customers who were in the well appointed waiting area.A special thanks and shout out to Tyler Hoch, Chris Twohig and Willie Beyer for making my service trip turn into an easy and stress free experience! They clearly understand customer service and went above and beyond - I would highly recommend!

We always have issues with holiday. When ever we get oil changes they always seem to mess something up. Latest oil change caused oil to leak from my car and an alarming rate. When they say it will take half and hour, you end up waiting for 2 hours. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I had a great experience purchasing my used car with John Barber. He has helped me in the past on two other occasions purchasing used cars. He is friendly and easy to talk to along with being very helpful and responsive to my best interests and questions. I have all my service done at Holiday and have never had a negative experience. I strongly recommend him for your next car purchase.

Stephanie and Seth, also Danielle on the phone were great to work with, it was a new experience for me and frustration on my part for not understanding the process. But, Stephanie and Seth work together to help me. I would tell anyone to go buy a vehicle from them. They care about you and want to help. Even when it gets frustrating they don’t lose their cool. Very good people. Ask for Stephanie! Seth explained things to me very quickly and detailed even when I was in a hurry for pick up. Go see these guys, best in the business hands down. I’ll be a return customer for life.I am excited about my Mazda 6 and can’t wait to get some miles on it!!

I bought a vehicle from the budget center about a month ago and it has been an absolute nightmare. In that month the vehicle has been taken in for service twice. The service advisor today gave me a loaner vehicle after seeing the extent of everything that was wrong with my vehicle. The service advisor said there was absolutely no reason the vehicle should have been sold with all the items that were wrong with it. He said some of the items underneath the vehicle were being held on by tape. He didn't feel it was safe for me to drive the vehicle home. This is after Holiday supposedly did their "used car inspection" of the vehicle. It is beyond me how these issues could have been ignored and the car be allowed to be put up for sale. On top of all the mechanical issues, a piece of trim above the tires on the passenger and driver sides of the vehicle flew off while going down the highway. The service advisor has been amazing in making sure everything wrong with the vehicle is fixed. I will never buy another vehicle from Holiday nor will I ever recommend anyone to get a vehicle from there.

Above and beyond.Service manager Tim Faulk did just that.I rolled into the service lane without an appointment. I Was from out of town on business and the control for windows failed in the down position.Tim comes over and personally disassembles door, diagnoses issue and repairs in about 20 minutes.That’s service. No hassles. Just getting it done. Bravo ?

Holiday has always provided an amazing experience for me! I have purchased several vehicles from them and continue to have my vehicles serviced there. The waiting area is clean, amazing free snack selection, and I am always updated with the status of my vehicle. I actually enjoy getting my vehicle worked on which is crazy to say. The staff greet me with a smile and make me feel at home! I recommend this place to everyone.
