Kay Jewelers in Fond du Lac is absolutely fabulous. They donated a gorgeous diamond necklace to a fundraiser for a sweet baby boy without blinking an eye. They ordered the wrong size wedding band, and had to order us a new one. We waited months; they never told us the ring came in; we finally got a hold of them, and went to pick it up. This time is was the completely different ring. They didn’t even realize it was the wrong ring- we had to point it out and help them find the correct ring online. We now have to wait for a third ring to come in. It’s a simple men’s wedding band. Every time we’ve had to stand in the store for over an hour, helping them figure out how to place the order. We’ve been dealing with this since January and they’ve offered nothing for their mistakes.

If I could give this entire chain 0 stars I would. From the scam artist who sold me my rings to the dense corpses behind the desk who took my full payment a few months ago for the rings and still hasnt told the debt collectors to stop calling me every day. Nothing anyone at kay does is genuine or helpful. They will lie, steal, and cheat you out of whatever they can like a Carney at a backroads carnival.
