I stopped in this location for the second time. Every time it seems so shady with the clientele and hang out there. I walked in and I had Kendzie or a female that name was real close to that. I just still haven’t have a coupon for the butter and at the beginning of the purchase I asked if I could get two with that price since I had a coupon and she played stupid. She heard me. She scanned the coupon and then told me there’s no way I could get the price. I was nice and asked in the beginning, but yet she had to be a biatch and rude about it and then she couldn’t push the total button or run her register and I said something to her. She’s very young and immature than the following comment she made at the end is really out of line. But if she works in customer service, she really needs to have an attitude adjustment.. this is one more reason why I will not shop or spend money at Kwik Trip.

This is my 2nd negative review on kwik trip. I literally go to kwik trip everyday and this lady named Karen is so disrespectful everytime she waits on me. I'm to the point I wait until another register is open just to avoid her. Nobody should be that disrespectful to the customers. And I see I'm not the only one that has had a negative review about her. And some of the other employees are also very disrespectful. This is by far the worst kwik trip in fond du lac. I only go here cause it's very convenient for me as I live right around the coner

I go a lot at nightand I always mess up the same guy.very nice gentlemanI think his name is Garth or something. I know it starts with a g. I'm super dyslexic, and he doesn't. and very nicewhen I forget I have my backbackany politely asks me to put it on the table. in my opinion, it''s the best kwick Trip in Town.

Just went in to use the atm. Everything is sticky, the place smells terrible. ATM is falling apart, etc. Nasty store.

WOW! Out of all my years that I've gone into QuikTrip throughout Wisconsin I have never ever experienced a rude employee like I just did this morning at, 158 N Main St in Fond-du-Lac. Karen is her name. I greeted her with a good morning and she said " just go over to the other register".
I went to the other register, after about 30 seconds she came and scanned my stuff and I paid, she gave me my change and said "there you can go now". WOW and the whole time with an ugly attitude face. I guess all I can do is pray for her and give friends and family heads up about her.

I just bought donuts, I had them in a box, got in line and the cashier who just got done handling money decided it would be appropriate to open the box, dig through it with her dirty hands and then closed it. That’s unsanitary and disgusting. If she would have asked me I would have opened it and touched my food myself, why would anyone feel the need to touch someone’s food with ungloved hands right after touching money???

Stop overcooking the chicken! This is the third time I got the chicken strips here and they are so dried out that I have to take a drink during every bite. Get some lessons from the other stores please!!
