Don't like how things are being done, never had any problems paying on a certain date, prior to the new management. I cannot wait till I'm no longer a customer. Never had any issues for the two years as we paid all our old furniture off.I highly recommend going to Walmart or Menards for business.

Horrible customer service, rude employees, never got a call that my delivery was late, wrong item delivered. Refund refused. Only nice people were the delivery guys. Will never go back and will never recommend.

The salesperson was very helpful. They didn't have the type of washer i was looking for so the manager call one of the other stores and did find what I was looking for! I am very please! Thank you for all your help! I can't wait to get and try it out! Cathy

I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. The manager is nice and has helped me resolve a lot of issues but good luck if you have to speak to someone through corporate. I will never go to them again for anything else in the future.

Watch out for this place. Bought a couch and love seat new and not only were we sent the floor model instead of new in the box the love seat has a tear in the bottom of it. When we called to tell them we are told that since we paid cash then we would have to pay to get it repaired. I could understand that if we were the cause of the damage but it was delivered damaged therefore it should be fixed for free. We let them know immediately as the love seat came in the door.

Terrible experience. The manager who sold us furniture kept guaranteeing that we would receive the second one (that had to be ordered online) in a month, otherwise we didn’t want to buy the furniture at all. I guess she quit, didn’t relay any messages. I had to call them for 4 weeks for the refund difference for the longer couch we originally had. They informed me that would call me if the dates would get pushed back, no one called. I waited for the date it was to be delivered and it was being pushed back 3 months. Now, I’m stuck with one love seat, and can’t return. The employees also lied to their CEO (of Ashley Furniture) didn’t tell them what I was even wanting. He kept cutting me off, and just saying, “Nope, can’t do anything.” They weren’t even supposed to give me his number, but told me to call and ask him if he could help me. When I introduced myself to him he just started laughing. Absolutely terrible service, poor communication, I will NEVER buy from Lebakkens or Ashley Furniture.

All my experiences with the staff have been friendly and helpful. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the price on products is inflated quite a bit, however it is rent to own.
