We had our class fund there and since we weren't making regular transactions.... They took $5 a month out of our account for being "dormant". Even though we were paperless and there really was no management required on the account at all. So over the course of several years they took almost half of the money.

I had a checking account there for quite awhile and than a year ago it was closed due to fraudulent activity. I was told that after a year I could reopen a new checking account but when I tried to reopen an account on their app I was told that I couldn’t open a new account because they were still investigating my old account yet. It’s been over a year and I don’t understand why they’re still investigating it. I still have a savings account with them but I’m thinking about closing it now.

Terrible service and can’t even open an account because of all the hoops they make you jump through. They sent me home to get a pay stub and I drove back and they won’t even use the pay stub because I get my mail to a P.O. Box. They wasted my time money and gas and are a terrible company that tries their hardest to not let people get an account

Hours of operation are ridiculous got an email a few weeks ago telling me the hours were expanded to better service us but they were shortened instead of being expanded and im definitely contemplating moving my money to another institution!

Gonna be pulling our accounts here. Wife noticed two "credits" to her account. She went in to ask what they were for. She was told they were actually withdrawls and were most likely a scam. She was issued another debit card. My wife came home and called them to inquire as to whether she needed a new account number due to the scam. The person she spoke with said it wasn't actually a scam, it was a promotion Marine offered for using her debit card and the two 10 dollar credits were now legitimate. The following day she received another call from them now stating the two 10 credits were actually holds placed at resteraunts to cover potential tips. Sounds like they have no idea what they are doing here. And if they were holds for a tip, why wouldn't the tip be withdrawn along with the charge for a meal? I'd suggest finding another credit union.

30 years with them! I have an account for convenience of the close ATM other then that... Don't they are just horrible. They are hardly ever open and when they are you are treated like trash by staff. I wouldn't want them for anything more then the convenience of ATM at this point. They aren't honest and play games. Not business like or professional in any aspect. Go in to talk to a rep about anything and you will see, you are the problem.

They ruined my Christmas.. seriously they conned me into paying off my car loan with my intire check so they could loan me more money yet when I gave up my entire paycheck they all of a sudden couldn't loan me anything...that cause me to miss my wife's SUV payment then it was repoed ..I can't get my kids anything for Christmas now either........my wife's probably going to loose her job cause we now have one vehicle...don't trust them they lie alot and the car loan I didn't even want in the first place either by the way..I originally applied for a small loan last spring for a used motor cycle but they conned me into a much larger car loan..that's how it all started and the other day they couldn't even make me a new debit card their entire system was down

I opened an account with Marine about 6 months ago. I downloaded the app to use with my phone and I linked another back account so I could move my money around as I needed. When I tried to transfer money from Marine to another account they refused to transfer the money. When I called to see what the problem was they told me I needed to show ownership. When I asked what ownership I needed to show proof for no one could answer the question. I cannot get access to my money! I am closing my account with Marine today. DO NOT USE MARINE CREDIT UNION unless you want to be given the run-a-round and not have access to your own money.

Stay as far away as possible from this place! I DO NOT recommend dealing with this company at all. It’s extremely difficult to deal with how shady this place is. It’s borderline fraudulent.

I had a car loan with these guys a few years ago and it was wonderful. I was 18 and had no credit and they worked with my mom who had terrible credit. Last week, I got in a crash that wasn't my fault and I called these guys today to get a small loan because after I get my insurance settlement it probably won't be enough to replace my truck with the market the way it is. I got denied because my credit score is low. They didn't factor in the fact I am a previous customer and had 100% repayment history, nor the fact I have tons of proof I pay my expenses both business and personal on time, nor the fact I could provide a generous down payment. I was denied all because of a number. It's pretty disappointing because these guys used to work with people who had no where else to go. They listened to your story and not looked at numbers, but now they've succumbed to every other banks lending standards.

Member for many years! The covid restrictions are over. Need to expand your hours sooner than later. Wait times are ridiculous. Definitely need more tellers. PLEASE review what’s happened to good customer service with the above suggestions.

Unpleasant experience every single time you deal with these guys. I've been a member for over 30 years and even still today whenever I need help with anything whether it's a mortgage for my house or help with a debit card issue it always feels like you don't matter and they don't care whether the issues get fixed or not. I've since started going elsewhere for my financial needs. Shame on this credit Union.
