“I am glad I cam here with my mom she never really had any dogs when she was a kid so she wasn't sure what to do and what not to do for dogs. The lady at the dog area told us all the stuff we should do and not do for our do. They took the dog in and cleaned it and made it look nice and not small bad anymore. That was very nice. They gave my mom some more ideas and one was to go home and Google about matted dogs. I guess matted is when the fur is really really bad from not brushing or cleaning. I copied this from Google and you should read it too.Matted fur does not allow for air circulation to the skin, causing hot spots, bacterial and fungal infections. Fleas, ticks, maggots and other parasites may be lurking in the coat causing further skin infections. Matted fur also pulls and binds, causing pain to your pet when they move or lay on the mats.We like it at pestmart because they are always nice to us and teach us new things to help our dog. That is all.”
