I very disappointed, they sold us a couples massage and I have been trying to book for a year and a half (for $140) but had me keep calling as they were looking for another masseuse. Finally I booked for other services because they would not refund the money even though they sold a service they could not provide both were rushed and very uncomfortable due to clerical error in booking. The Facial was okay and person giving was nice, but I wish I could post pictures of the less than mediocre pedicure I am positive the owner would agree and be embarrassed. Don't waste your money on this overpriced salon.

My girlfriend and I bought gift cards from here because they advertised couples massages. When we tried to schedule one they told us that they no longer provide couples massages and refused to refund our gift cards.

I was given a $200 gift certificate for Renaissance. When I called, they said the next appointment I might possibly get would be in january. They said the next week in January will come available tomorrow. January was over 6 months away. How can an honest company offer a gift certificate without informing the purchaser that they have no way of honoring that certificate for at least 6 months. How does anyone run a business like this? We'll see if they have any integrity and will reimburse the certificate.

Kristen B. was awesome!! In depth on chatting about what I wanted and made me feel comfortable the whole time! Took a minute for me to take in the new hair look but I love the warmth it brings. She did a great job! The environment is beautiful and service was great. I’m new to town and this was my first time visiting. I’ll definitely be back! Adding the before and after.

I made an appointment for a haircut and color and was matched with a newer hair stylist. Ashley listened to what I wanted and gave me a great haircut. I usually can't get beauticians to cut my hair short enough, but Ashley had the confidence to do it, and my hair looks SO much better and fuller than it has in a very long time! Great color, too! Thank you Ashley!

So, I went in for a hair appointment. I saw a girl who just graduated in January, first big red flag. The cut was not done first, which I thought was strange, but rolled with it. My hair was foiled up to set up for strawberry blonde. I was told I might need a second session to make sure it got light enough. So I spend a total of 3 hours in this chair, to have my hair be the exact color as auburn out of a box. I was basically falsely reassured it looked good. When I went to pay, they wanted 140. I told them they didn't even get close to the desired color, how can they charge this much with lack of satisfying results? They told me I'd have to come in another two times. Before it was just one. There was a "color specialist" that came in for a consult before she started coloring asking her questions about my hair. Why are you dying hair if you don't know how to do it without help? Really had higher expectations

Horrible experience here the other day with Kristin B. She didn't take the time to dye my hair to match the true color I wanted; instead she rushed it and instead of a nice white blonde, it turned out burnt orange! I'm so embarrassed, and I spent almost $100 to look worse walking out than when I walked in to the place! I feel like my money went to complete waste - I don't understand what happened, I feel like she just completely rushed the process. Now sadly I have to find somewhere else to go to fix this place's costly mistake. Big regrets.Services: Haircut
