We have T-Mobile home internet and it's fine between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. but watching a streamed movie in the evening is impossible. The advertised download speeds are a joke. I've never seen anything remotely close to them. I was told the download would be 100 mbs. When I test it, the speed is normally around 2 mbs and the fastest I've had was just over 12 mbs. I can't wait to get rid of this junk service. Tonight's speed test was so bad, it couldn't test the download speed, only the upload speed. But running the same test with my cellphone in the same location as the T-Mobile device so great service.

Terrible customer service at this location. We went in to switch from our current provider and get new phones.We were told we had to pay activation fees and sales tax which we were fine with. They started transferring our phones over and then said we had to pay a very large down payment, we have really good credit so don’t understand why that all of a sudden came up…Then we were with disrespect because we wanted a refund.If i would’ve stayed with Verizon I would’ve walked out with 4 new phones and lines no questions asked. Highly recommend not visiting this T-mobile store.

Bad representative. All we wanted to do was upgrade a phone. The representative immediately tries to have us change our old Sprint plan to a more expensive Tmobile plan. We said, "No thanks." Tonight, we had the same representative who once again tried to get us to switch plans, now using scare tactics, "your sprint plan was for the 4G network and soon would no longer work." We had to get sharp with him, we told him not to badger us about changing our plan. I read this statement, which countered his claim, "There's not a thing Sprint or T-Mobile customers need to do! For now, all customers will stay with the same Sprint and T-Mobile network, stores, and service they've been using."We will no longer come to this location at N Rolling Meadows Dr & W Scott St, Fond Du Lac. We'll drive to West Bend instead.This is an update on our poor review for this location. We did return out of necessity, and we were helped by Pablo. What a game changer. We purchased a new iPhone, and Pablo helped us old peps to set it up properly.We have changed our viewpoint under this condition. We call ahead to see if Pablo is available, and if he is there, we will come and wait for him. Can't say enough good about this young man. He's a great tech who will be the only person to touch our two brand new phones. Thanks, Pablo!

Just terrible. First off 2 associates walking around doing nothing and not helping me. Secondly I went there because of the promotions I see on the internet that day. The associates told me that all the promotions I was asking about ended so I left. When i got back home I called t mobile and they gave me the same promotions I seen advertised and that the associates at the store don't even know what they are talking about. Why can't they higher some competent people to represent their company.

I spoke with Jeffrey the store manager there. I had a medical need to switch my new phone out. I walked out initially unhappy with the solution. But he kept at it and found an extremely satisisfying resolution. I also was able to get the new phone at a more local to me store whose staff was great too. Now I have the tool I need for my new medication management. Thank you tmobile!!

This company is the only one that has 5G in my area. Others have 5 G just outside my area, but that doesn’t help me.When they change their plans, you get stuck in a bad situation that they don’t want you to stay in that plan because now the new plans are more expensive. The “we will never raise your rates” is also false. I signed up for my plan several years ago and now my rates are increasing. I feel like I have been lied to and the are breaking my contract. I also don’t get data services in a few areas that I travel to on a regular basis. I have phone and SMS, but zero data, even with roaming off or on. Being on a fixed income and now my bill is going up really hurts especially when everything else is going up. Their customer service also has been removed from the US. When I used to contact them I would usually get a US based representative, but I was told the last time that those offices are closed. So they are outsourcing all their customer services to save money and raising the rates. They are not the same company that they used to be.

This company charges you for service you don’t have and then tell you to go into the store to get the billing statements to show the charges and then you go to the store and get told oh no you can’t get them here you have to call the customer service number and here we are in a big circle. Bottom this company is the worst company in whole world of worlds for any service . If you want stress everyday of you life then you found the right company! I would give it a 0 but it won’t let me. I was only with you all for 4 months! If you have this company please check your bills check you cycles you will be surprised. I have all my conversations with this company on record to show the stress your employees put on your clients.

You'd be better off picking up what your dog left in the neighbors yard and trying to use it as a smart phone. T-mobile used to be decent, sorry to say these past few years they've compromised their service quality to achieve a desired service volume with their already limited bandwidth.Eight years of customer loyalty and nothing to show for it, I am literally treated worse now.I am going to Verizon

Waited in line over 2 hrs. Now I call and they haven't answered, 20 calls per day, 4 days in a row. Didn't answer one time. RidiculousJust trying to set up an appointment and can't figure that out eeven.

This is the worst cell phone company. The customer service is very rude. We canceled service and they charged us for a full month. When there was only 2 days on the bill. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I am so glad we left this company and went with another one that has good customer service
