Be very wary of these dealership. I bought a vehicle here recently and within a month the check engine line came on. Brought it to another Jeep Dealership and they told me that this car was sold to us with major issues already! I tried to work things out with this dealership but they have told me straight up it’s not their problem. I don’t leave bad reviews ever but I want whoever reads this review to please consider coming here

I was looking for a Ram 3500 short bed dually, found you guys on Auto Trader, you had something that I was looking for so clicked on it and looked at the Ram. Saw that there was a video on the truck so I clicked on it and watched the video, the way the truck was presented in the video sold me on it right there!! Flew in to Wisconsin from Colorado and purchased the truck and drove it 1200 miles back home with no problems!!! Chris Rodriguez was my salesman, he was a very pleasant person to deal with and answered all my questions perfectly!! This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership in buying a vehicle!! Highly recommend Summit Automotive!! Thanks Chris!!

The vehicle I purchased was clean inside and out. New tires, but when asked if an alignment was done was told they just drove it down the road.... Does pull to the right. New tires at 27k miles you would think something may not be perfect. Tried to add a $1000 add on when I asked for a detailed price. Pressured to get the $2400 vehicle maintenance insurance. Some of their prices are good, some are not as good.

The purchasing process was very easy and they delivered the truck for no extra charge. However the person that did the oil change tightened the filter so tight it leaked all over my driveway and had to change myself before I could drive it leaked so much. Never heard back about reimbursement for the oil change 2 days after I bought it

Well when you spend this much money on a new vehicle you should get a spare tire or at least get the option to purchase one as I can’t find one that will fit. I am not looking forward to dealing with that inflator kit if need be especially if it’s raining. Would be nice if you could lock shifter in drive as all you have to do is bump it and it goes in manual. Would also be nice if rear middle seat headrest was removable for better rear window vision. Chris Olig has been somewhat helpful. Other than that like driving it and still figuring things out. Cost me $70 for a owners manual that’s also not included.

Find a car we are interested in and drive an hour and a half. The car had orange spots that looked like rust all over the doors. Salesman said when they clean it the spots will be gone. Interested in the vehicle and then the price is a 1000 more than what he quoted the day before. Why a 1000 more? Because they inspected it and found nothing wrong so raised the price. The salesman new we were driving and never said a word about the price change. Are there any reputable car dealers any more?

Effortless buying experience. Spencer made it easy from the get go. He worked with me via text and phone to get all of my trade information, etc., and work out all of the details without even stepping foot in the dealership. Upon delivery, I was in and out within an hour and a half (including financing, etc.). Spencer will definitely do what it takes to be available, provide excellent service, and make things right for the customer.

Very disappointed that dented bumper was not disclosed on the window sticker or by the salesman Chris. We specifically asked if there was anything wrong with the truck. Chris replied, "No, we are not like other dealers." We did not haggle and paid full asking price. It wasn't until we got it home that it was noticed. We called the dealership and nothing was done to fix it or compensate for the damaged bumper. The picture shows the dents in the back and side. We will not recommend your dealership to anyone because of lack of honesty and trust.

Wow. Talk about a dishonest place to purchase a vehicle. My sales person was more interested in having me lie on a survey so he got paid, rather than helping make sure my needs were met with the vehicle delivery. I answered the survey truthfully because not all of the questions were true. A few weeks later, this all important survey, was delivered back to me with all the boxes checked off in an email, thanking me for my feedback?? Why would they falsify this survey? And list it as a remote delivery? I literally was in the office to sign the papers and pick up the vehicle! Hmmm, I think I will contact Chrysler corporate to report the false information.

Jesse did a great job helping us with our Jeep purchase. Very personable, not pressured on anything and listened to all our questions/concerns. Definitely would suggest working with Jesse at Summit Auto

The staff has been so helpful with finding a new vehicle. I have not felt pressured in the process and feel like I am really being listened to. I have been coming here for service for a couple years now and always had great customer service. Definitely recommend!

Great experience! Our salesman Jesse Slechta was fantastic! There was a cracked reflector that we noticed the day after the vehicle was delivered. Summit is in the process of ordering a replacement and taking care of it. We were down a vehicle and hoping to drive it home the day we found it. Because of title delays, unfortunately we couldn’t. Summit stayed in contact and only 2 days later delivered the vehicle and everything was able to be handled online. Highly recommend!!

1-11-23 Bought a 2019 GMC 3500,6.6 DURAMAX! Junk just 5,000 miles after numerous attempts for Ryan AND Jesse fall short. So last couple days I have been trying to work with these guys, they now the issues with the truck they sold me first they offered me 45,000 on trade and I talked to them said it was a little low. Finally they come around offer me 50,000 ok that's better, or do I keep the paper weight? So we start looking for a truck there test drove 5 trucks get a deal worked out. Great 50,000 my last truck 65,000 so 15,000 loss on my end. One would think. Let's not forget about the 16,000 I stuck into the truck already. So that's a 31,000 loss. So we get the deal worked out new truck with the 15,000 I'm over 84,000 ouch but ok called the bank bank says your all good. Called summit told the sales man all good on my. Said to Jessie just to be clear Ryan said it has to run, I said it does but like I stated this morning it has issues went over the issues and this is what Jesse state's,Not the best news honestly. So our used car manager Ryan M who sent the information to the wholesaler was not aware of the low compression in cylinder 2. I thought him and Ryan K had communicated about it but apparently they had not (Ryan K is actually off today) so the wholesaler was basing the value solely off of the DEF delete and just needing a new Turbo. Very sorry about the miscommunication but they said that the low compression is cylinder 2 means that it would need a whole new engine so the wholesaler will not touch it. Which I am guessing you had an idea about since you called to confirm everything. I do apologize I know you are in a frustrating situation but there really is just nothing we are going to be able to do here. If it just needed a new turbo or something of course we are trying to do everything we can to help but he will not take the truck needing a new engine.SORRY GUYS YOU SOLD A JUNK TRUCK! At the very least you should stand behind your junk! These were all items talked about in the morning before we started looking at trucks there again. So the dodge is the one we were looking at replacing the gmc with.
