Uhaul have great products for the price and Uhaul trailers and reusable totes. Online reservation system is super intuitive and boots-on-the-ground staff in Oshkosh Fond du Lac Madison and Green Bay are outstandingly helpful and kind. A small truck is rented and the smallest truck and get a rental agreement in a timely manner. The lady was courteous and very helpful in explaining and answering any questions. A great experience for a first time renting a truck. move boxes and get done in 3 hours. Pickup time was 8 AM and wait until owner arrived.
People at the pickup & drop-off location are friendly & helpful. Service is very fast.

My pickup time was 8 AM. I was there beforehand but the owner wasn't there until 8:15 am, so I had to wait until she arrived. But everything else was a great experience.
