“On December 10th, we brought our beloved best friend, Tank, to the Animal Wellness Center for the first time. He had been experiencing serious health issues, and although we had never been to this clinic before, the staff treated Tank, and us, with an extraordinary level of compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness.

That day, we were faced with the heartbreaking reality that Tank needed to be put down. It was one of the hardest moments of our lives, but the team here made the experience personal, dignified, and as comforting as it could possibly be. They didn’t treat us like strangers walking in for the first time, they treated us like family.

The staff helped make Tank’s final moments truly special. They gave him treats, including chocolate, and he was so happy—wagging his tail and enjoying what truly felt like the best day of his life. They gave us private time with him both before and after, yet they were also right there with us when we needed support. They spoke softly to him, pet him lovingly, and treated him with the utmost respect and tenderness. Their compassion was real, and it meant more to us than words can express.

Despite never having met Tank before, they showed him and us a level of care that is rare to find. Because of this experience, we are customers for life. The clinic is clean, professional, kind, and incredibly compassionate. In a terrible moment, they gave us comfort, understanding, and the gift of a peaceful passing for our sweet boy.
