My car just did not get cleaned. It is a station wagon and the rear end did not come clean. There was no shine to the car other than the tires. I doubt that I will ever go back, especially for $24.

Went to the car wash 3 times before my last experience. Always did a good wash job on my vehicle and was extremely happy with the wax. Today I payed for the $30 package that included hot wax. I went through and my truck wasn't even prepped before I was sent in, I felt like the conveyor sent me through faster than I remembered from the past and my truck actually looked dirtier than before. I was thinking about buying the monthly rate before winter but now I've changed my mind. Very upset.

(New) 11/15/23IM DONE!! This location has given up. They will not spray down the vehicle anymore even though there is no one waiting. It is clear they have turned the water usage all the way down because the back of my car is DRY AND STILL DUSTY! When I went in to cancel my membership they gave me a sheet of paper with a number on it. The call went to India were I GOT HUNG UP ON MULTIPLE TIMES before I got someone that would help me. THE ACTUAL WORST!

This car was is the worst car wash I have ever had. My vehicle was still dirty. Bugs were still all over. They didn't even prep it like other car washes do. The kids who work there could care less about there job. Needless to say I purchased the unlimited wash package and will be canceling it very soon. I would not recommend going there at all. Spend your money elsewhere.

I had a ton of bugs on front end and windshield. Dusty spend extra time spraying them off and the majority were gone after the wash.
