I paid extra for a quiet pool experience and people are loud and cackling. Had I wanted this loud experience, I would’ve saved myself the extra $50 to be in the resort pool.

Had a great massage from Kim. Staff was friendly and the sauna and massage areas were very clean. I was a bit of a challenge to get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment but it worked out!
